This store is pretty terrible. I've consistently asked them to keep a product they carry, in stock, and every time I stop in to buy it, they are out. poor management, can't figure out to order more when out. I tried to call their corporate help line. Sat on hold forever. Just not worth it. Since they don't want the business, I'm happy to go elsewhere to spend my money. But keep paying people to not sell product....it will work out! read more

I know it's weird to be nit-picky about a gas station. As many as I've been to in my life (obviously) I've learned to expect mediocre service, and to tolerate a certain standard. However this one stands out for me. Not only only are the staff rude and unprofessional to every customer who walks in the door, but on a consistent basis. It's almost as if every cashier has a personal vendetta against anyone who walks in the door. Example; I came in this morning, the gentleman in front of me had 4-5 monster energy drinks, cashier rang him up, and when he asked her for something as simple as a bag for his drinks, she gave him an eye roll, and proceeded to aggressively get the bag as if it's some sort of hardship. I was next in line and had a very similar experience as well. I wish I could say this was the first time I've seen something like this, but I've seen worse examples of rudeness and unprofessionalism at this location whenever I come in, as I live right down the road. If you compare the service from this location to the Kum & Go on 136th it is a night and day difference. If you're just needing gas, it works as well as any other gas station, but if you need something inside; Expect a line pretty much out the door and a rude cashier once you get up front. Every. GROSS! The staff working at this location are never wearing their masks and are constantly eating while they are working behind the counter without washing hands. Today there was a large woman working the counter without a mask (she moves like a turtle) and was picking her teeth with what looked like a paperclip. ICK! She had her fingers in her mouth touched everyone's purchase items and never once washed her hands. I saw another employee outside smoking and he came in, right back to work behind the counter and no hand washing.... Thank goodness we have Kum and Go on 136th and the new 7-11 opening up soon. I've stopped here multiple times and bought hundreds of dollars of diesel each time and the pumps are usually out of receipt paper which I need to have so I can use it as a write off for my business. I then go inside to get them to print one and every single time the people working inside can never find my transaction on their computer, so either it's a worker problem and they need better training or their computer system is messed up and clears after every transaction. The dirtiest gas station in the area. Floors always have wrappers, dirt on floors, fountain area always dirty, employees do NOT wear face masks. Perhaps I'm expecting too much...haha! Thankfully the gas station on 136th/I25 is close and really clean and a 7-11 is going in on 144th/Washington. read more
