This location is vary bad I wish no star was a thing. The floor is alway dirty, the items in the store are never in the right spot. One time I got a bag of candy that was under the price tag $2 and turns out it was actually $5. Point is nothing in the store is organized the people who work there are so strange they never talk to you or help you out. They almost alway short change you or over charge you for an item. I don't recommend to come to this location take the extra 5 minutes and drive to a different one anyone other than this. read more

Honestly wish I could give this place a negative review. Any "deals" they have they won't ever value it, even if there is a clear sign that says 2 for $5 or whatever. They will not honor it at all and even throw attitude at you for saying something. Every time I come here there is somehow ALWAYS a problem. Tried to use the app and showed them the deal on the app was valid and the store was participating. My total was just a dollar and when I tried to use my card it kept getting declined. I definitely had money in it but just said whatever. Went to my car and only had 95 cents. The guy working said I couldn't buy it then. Normally wouldn't bother me, but the fact I had money on my card but the machine was broken once again and he wouldn't except all I had was kinda ridiculous. horrible customer service. went in to purchase a Visa card for a late birthday gift but didn't want to spend the 5 dollar fee so I left the store without getting anything and the employee stood out by the door with a death glare like I stole something. it made me feel really uncomfortable and I will not be coming back here again. would not recommend. read more

Don't really care for this location. It was close by to where I work so I thought at least if I popped in here it would be fine. Card reader is broken all the time. I don't carry cash so that's on me but a lot of people don't carry cash anymore due to the hassle and Covid etc. the employees don't seem to care. At least the guy who works here in the morning will actually acknowledge you and say hi. The lady who works here in the afternoon is always on the phone. I came here almost every day for a week and it was the same deal. She won't even say hi or thank you or anything. She doesn't even tell you your total. Her conversations are super important obviously. Just seems very unprofessional even if it is 7-11. Gas prices here are also at least .25c higher than the other ones nearby. I think I'll just stick with Murphys down the road because at least they have cold drinks in stock; their card readers are always working and they actually say hi to you. Even when I was at this 7-11 recently I asked the lady for a bag and she acted like I was putting her out. That's kind of your job. read more

There was a sign outside that said free Slurpee's today so I stopped to get one and it apparently WAS NOT free. Classic bait and switch. To make it worse the employee challenged me and said that there was no sign and tried to get us to pay full price. I told her she could keep them and she was "so generous" to knock off one dollar from the four dollar price tag. You're rebranding the store under new ownership but choose to treat customers poorly? This is a brand new store which opened a couple of weeks ago not far from me. I have tried to make 7 Eleven my preferred gas station and go there almost everyday. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to find another store to go to because this one is a disaster and no one there really seems to care about it. In the last week the espresso machine was: First, out of milk and they didn't know how to replace it. The next day the milk was replaced but it was done incorrectly so the machine would still not work. The employees said they had to call for service. I didn't stop in the following day but the day after that to give them a chance to get it fixed. This day the machine was fixed and I was able to get coffee. The next day I stopped in and the machine was out of mocha mix and the employee said they did not have any so I got something other then my preferred cup of coffee. Today I stopped in and the machine just wasn't working. The employee didn't know why and just did't care and told me to get something else. The entire staff at this store is untrained on their equipment and they just do not have interest in helping customers. Many of the other gas companies in the area are far more consistent and will be returning back to one of them. read more
