Now that Fidel left, the new store manager, Santana is awful! She talks down to customers, treats them like they are stupid and have even seen her talk down to employees. A few days ago I was standing at self check out and she made a comment to another new employee that she was going to make the store be women led and push the men out. On another day I came in and she was yelling at the kitchen staff and I asked the new blonde girl at the registers and she said, oh she's just yelling at her husband!! I was shocked because that family tension should NOT be for customer eyes to see. This is not the experience that this location had before she came. It used to be friendly and a place where regulars were known by name. Now it feels unwelcoming because the new leader treats customers and employees like a dictator. Bring back the old staff because the new ones are going to bring the store down.

The guy said we close at ten, we pull up ten minutes before close a little close but still. Through the window an employee with wonderful customer service gave us the cut off signal from inside the building. We got out of our car to tell him he said ten and that we drove a while to get there and even called before he responded "I said ten-ish" pure laziness. Can't even let one more customer get gas with a card no less so it wouldn't stop him from counting the toll down early. Started yelling at us and told us to have a nice night but in the way you know means to definitely not have a nice night... won't be coming out of our way to use this business again, clearly others feel the same way seeing as your business has a two star average. What a shame... would say the customer service value is a complete zero

(We got there at 10:45) and it's only 11:12 am. He replied no you still have time then he proceeded to say that she put us down as a walk-in and it slow so we're fine. That's when I told him no I have a reservation for 11 AM. We only got here 15 minutes early. I proceeded to let him know that that's why you're rushing us then apologize and offered me a free mimosa which I declined at this point it's not needed. I feel unwanted, however the beignets with the lemon custard was good. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles. The chicken was extremely good. The waffle on the other hand was hard. The pineapple I had was OK. I could've done better. Beignets 10/10 Chicken 10/10 waffle 0/10 Pineapple mimosa 5/10 Atmosphere and decor 10/10 Service 0 he was very attentive however he was rushing us.
