My contractor hired this company to rent equipment to excavate my yard. When Absolute Equipment delivered the equipment to my house, the employee knocked on my door and very kindly asked me where I preferred that the equipment be placed on my property. Later, my contractor seemed to experience a problem with the equipment, and another employee from this company returned to repair it. I do not know exactly how much my contractor paid this company, but I got the impression that the prices were reasonable. The equipment performed as we needed, and my contractors were able to complete the project.

The staff was incredibly helpful and weren't there to just sell me something but rather took the time to understand my needs and how i was going to use it. I ended up with a model that I hadn't previously considered based on their recommendation. Not only did they assemble and test it, they took the time to show me all the intricacies of care, use, maintenance and safety features. Very knowledgable and helpful.
