Overall, working with Phuong was straightforward. After agreeing on an estimated cost, Phuong invited me to a secure portal to upload all of my documents. Alongside, Phuong provided a checklist to help guide all of the files/info that you should consider uploading. This was very efficient and helped expedite the process. I couldn't be happier with the customer service…read more But, here's where I must say that the cost of getting my taxes done here or any of their H & R offices is a rip off. This is the first time using H & R and the prices are not listed as they are billed out. There are many small line items, such as typical very small filing items that they charge for, believe me they add up and get you in the end. In years past, I would use tax-accountants with many years of direct experience and my invoices would be significantly lower. Even with more difficult and lengthy forms, I paid much less. Reconcider doing business with these guys!
