He seemed annoyed by questions and very stuck on delivering his script. People got up and walked away mid class because of that. Instead of helping, I was told they won't do any hardware repair on a phone running beta unless I first "erase" it and downgrade to the public OS. No warning when you join the beta, no warning when you buy AppleCare--just "policy" thrown at you after you've already built your life and work around the device. This isn't a casual Instagram phone. I'm a using Epic/Haiku, TigerConnect, Outlook with Microsoft Authenticator and multiple other MFA‑protected encryption tools. Erasing and re‑enrolling all of them is hours of risk, effort, and lock out productivity time, all at the mercy of Enterprise IT. And at Apple, they dismissed it like it was nothing. The Genius Bar guy said that Public Beta is for "developers" testing on "extra" devices. Really? I wonder why they call it public Beta? Apple loves to market "innovation" and invite ordinary users into betas, but in practice this policy treats a paying AppleCare customer as a problem to be avoided despite the fact that we are giving them feedback on their products pro bono. If running the beta means "no repairs unless you wipe your phone," that should be clearly disclosed up front, not buried in ambiguous fine print and quietly enforced at the counter once you have a battery downgrade --an issue which eventually every phone will have. And given the issue, it is completely unnecessary. It's a battery, folks. So: DON'T waste your money paying for Apple Care (do the math $9.99/month x 12 x 5= $ 600...what I fool I was to sign up for that!), and don't give them free feedback by enrolling in Public Beta. Let them PAY "developers" to use their "auxiliary" hardware to help them fix their Beta software products. I left with the same worn battery and a lot less trust in the Apple Ecosystem. Apple, you now not only suck in innovation, but in customer service, trust, and loyalty to the every customers that have kept your stagnant brand alive for these many years. Shame on you Tim Cook. Maybe your successor will have better sense. I wish I could give you and your corporate strategy zero stars.

John, my T-Mobile expert, labored diligently trying to resolve my problem to no avail. I asked him what was was cheapest Samsung phone because I needed a phone immediately and did not have the time to do a deep dive into researching a long-term high functioning phone. I wound up going with the Galaxy A17, a basic non impressive device that served would serve its purpose of making calls and making texts. I was told this phone was non refundable so I purchased it knowing I would be stuck with it if any problems arose. And sure enough, problems arose. The "screen of death" happened every few hours. Long stretches of blackness enveloped the screen when I was engaged in my most important work tasks. The loading of a web page took over 30 seconds, no matter the Wi-Fi I was connected to. Nobody could hear the calls I made. I did some research on T-Mobile's 14 day buyer's remorse window and saw that I was within that range to return my phone. So I went back to the store on Saturday, May 30th to explain the issues I had with the phone even though I knew I was told beforehand the phone was not returnable. I spoke with a very patient female rep at the store who unfortunately told me I purchased a phone that could not be returned. It was at that moment when I was on the phone with T-Mobile for additional support, that the store manager, Nuria came by where I was sitting. She asked how could she help me. She sat down next to me and listened so patiently to my dilemma. She never questioned me, or spoke to me in a way that made me feel like I should have known the about the return policy. For the record, both of the previous employees were also kind. They were both respectable and spoke to me in a professional tone. But I needed my refund because just a few days earlier I had purchased a permanent phone to replace this A17 dud. I was bleeding money! In the end, Nuria asked for my phone number, pulled up a return receipt, and refunded my money. I have never, in my four years of living in this city, dealt with a more kind, warm, and professional person in retail than Nuria. This store is always clean, it plays great music, the customers are ALWAYS acknowledged, and from what I saw, every customer on both of my visits left the store happy from the service that they received. Thank you Nuria for your wonderful customer service and thank you John for initially helping me to set up and transfer my phone information on my first visit. While my purchase did not work out, the true greatness of a store is defined not by the service it offers, but by the people they employ. And this T-Mobile location employs some amazing individuals! NURIA YOU ARE THE BEST! HEART EMOJI!

This place is a joke and I am amazed at how hard these people work, to avoid actually doing what they're paid to do . I can't believe assurant co-signs this place it's embarrassing. I was sent here by assurant after damaging my 15pro screen. They replaced the screen and the tech who did it was unable to calibrate the screen and was not comfortable with removing it so he had to recruit another tech with more tenure to remove the screen for a second time. This second removal caused a damage from the bottom of the screen. So they hand me my phone with a lit screen but by the next morning at the bottom was a black spot. By the evening the spot grew and I brought it back to the store per assurant's instruction. The tech I met when I returned lied to my face. She acknowledged the damage and that it happened during the repair. She then claims there's no 15pro screens in stock and says she's ordering me one and noting this, so they will call me when it comes in. Guess what? She didn't order a screen, she didn't note any of the interaction, she just avoided repairing the phone and sent me off. I call them after a few days and she answers and says to come in because they're slow and they have the screens in.... so I go in and spend an hour with these people discussing how it isnt there fault. There was so much effort put into avoiding repairing their mistake it was incredible. The Employees were all clueless as to the repair, there were no notes or documentation on their end and even their manager whom I spoke to through an employee's cell phone, was trying to blame me and avoid repairing the phone. If this was the case why was I not told this a week ago when I brought it back after the initial repair was defective? And why was I not contacted when the replacement came in? I imagine it's because this location is being managed by a lazy person who has recruited a team of lazy people that will do only the bare minimum to remain open. 0/10 I wish I could give a negative star count.
