After many hours of troubleshooting and phone conversations with LG, Verizon and Yamaha technicians, to no avail I might add, I couldn't remedy my intermittent loss of signal and black screen sparkles. I was immediately connect with Scott who patiently listened to my story, enthusiastically and knowledgeably engaged me in conversation, and suggested a remedy. Scott told me he could be there the following day and kept me advised of his schedule so I wasn't waiting around. Scott quickly determined the issue was the cable connecting the lower and upper HDMI terminals in the wall was underrated and in need of replacement.
