On this date 7/28/25- Very poor customer service. I came in to get my nail repaired. I was in the nail salon about 1.5 weeks prior to get a full mani and pedi. I was told it would be a few minutes. I was ignored for over 30 minutes. I saw 3 people walk in without an appointment to sit for a pedi. I had to remind them I was waiting. A customer had to intervene and say "she can fix your nails (as she witnessed the disrespect), I can wait." They have very poor customer service. i will never t be returning. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First, I had to wait OVER AN HOUR despite it being first-come, first-serve. People who walked in AFTER me were being served while I just sat there, completely ignored. Only after I spoke up did they finally start my nails. The technician was INCREDIBLY CARELESS. She kept cutting into my skin with the electric buffer until MULTIPLE FINGERS WERE BLEEDING. On one finger that bled the most, she TOUCHED MY OPEN WOUND WITH HER POWDER-COVERED FINGER, and the powder seeped into the cut, causing it to BURN HORRIBLY. The WORST PART? While applying clear polish, MY BLOOD SMEARED ONTO THE POLISH BRUSH, AND SHE REINSERTED THE BLOODY BRUSH BACK INTO THE NAIL POLISH BOTTLE. This is BEYOND UNSANITARY and a SERIOUS BIOHAZARD. I am absolutely disgusted and deeply concerned about the risk of infection. DO NOT COME HERE. This place is a health hazard, and their practices are outright DANGEROUS! I've been here on and off over the past year. I am generally very pleased. They always recognize me which is nice. It is a comfortable business to be in and these are not new techs. They know exactly what they are doing. Lots of options for your nails. They are taking COVID precautions. Masks, acrylic shields, gloves, sanitizing. I felt quite comfortable getting my mani/pedi. I was also the only customer in there for about 45 minutes. I am growing out my dip but still needed some color, so I've switched to gel. I'm mostly grown out with just a bit of tender nail left ( a fate worse than bangs, I tell y'a!). They did a pretty good job of not scratching up the fresh nail beds. I love the color and shape. I do hate how hard they file the nail bed sometimes or scrape the cuticle when cleaning up the nail. My pedi was pretty good. Everyone working there was laughing, smiling, and you could tell they have a good time at work, which is rare to find in this line of work. I am a stickler for good service and a smile, so they won me over right away - and even after I had left, I was singing praises of this shop, thinking I had found my spot for my nails. That is, until day 3 after getting my nails done. I had dip nails and a pedicure done. My pedicure held up nicely, however by day 3, my nails were all cracked under the surface. True, it looks like a cool special effect, but this isn't what I was going for. I don't know if it is because of poor workmanship or poor quality products used. I will assure you that it isn't because of anything I did. Sadly, I am a slave to the office cubicle, so I don't get out much and the most strenuous work I do with my hands is typing. So, the verdict - if you're looking to have a good time and some laughs, this is a fun place to go. I purchased a Groupon for Nexgen and I guess they were upset or something. Worst service ever! The nail tech was Jane. She was using that drill and file all over the place! I asked her to go slower that it was hurting. She went on to say her file was "very dull" and acted frustrated with my request. I like to keep my nails short and have never had an issue like this. She left paint smears all over and again appeared frustrated when I asked her to clean. So I guess she wanted me to leave with my nails like that?! NEVER AGAIN! read more

I think they do a good job however they have been over charging me the last 2 times I have gone. I have only been there 3 times total. I came in today for a regular manicure (just normal polish) that should cost $15.00 and chose their pedicure special that shows $48.00 on website and got a design on toe and walked out with $95.00 bill. I tipped $19.00 on top of that cause I typically tip 20% so that is $114.00. Most places design is $5.00. This occurred the last time, so I will not be back. My bill today was $95.00. I actually feel sick to my stomach cause I should have said something right then and there. I thought maybe I missed something. If you go here know how much everything is ahead because apparently I have "dumb dumb" tattooed on my forehead. The one star is for the amount that was charged. read more

My daughter and I came here on a friend's recommendation. We walked in and were seated right away. My daughter had gotten her nails done (NexGen) last week at another salon in Plano but had cracked two of them within a few days right across the nail beds: one was so bad it even cracked her real nail underneath and made it bleed. She decided to get the nails taken off so they could heal. The lady who did it took such good care of her, constantly asking if she was ok, she put glue on the nail to seal it so it stays clean as it heals, and was so gentle through the whole process. In the meantime, I decided to get my nails done (also NexGen) and the lady who did my nails was very friendly, and did such an amazing job that my nails look as if they are the pre-colored fake nails you buy in the store! Another plus is they serve margaritas: I had the mango one. It was quite delicious & was served in a glass not a plastic cup. We will definitely be back!! read more

Went there with my aunts for a girls day out. The ladies that were all there were super friendly and welcoming. We went to get pedicures and were seated right away. The salon was quite busy so there was a bit of a wait but nothing too terrible considering we were walk ins. They have a margarita machine and the drinks were amazing!! The lady at the counter is rude and short with women of color vs Caucasian women. I've been going here for a while and she seems to treat me differently than others.
