But the truth is that was just a 79 cent afterthought and what I really came for was cheap gas.. and there is none cheaper for hundreds of miles in Texas, especially along interstate 45. Not to mention extremely easy to access off the highway, and friendly as well! Do I care that the restrooms are absolutely disgusting with not enough stalls? Hell no I do not! Do I care that I was not able to get the Pepsi that I shouldn't be drinking anyway? Well not really. Do I love the cheap gas and the convenience of it all? Either their plumbing is broken, no restrooms, doors are "broken", only taking cash because system is down but you can't get cash from the ATM. Some of the employees are super friendly and some of them can be rude. Oh and the fuel pumps are always down it seems. I always stop here most days for work but I'm about to start passing it up and go somewhere else. Food is kind of expensive for the quality anyways

Decided last minute to pull in for an oil change before a trip to Austin. A technician walked out…read morewithin just a minute and offered everyone in the car, me and two of my children, a bottle of water or can soda. He then told me it would be about 15 minutes and how many cars were in front of me. From then until we got into the bay we had multiple technicians come and check on us. Once inside, the two technicians working to get the oil changed were very polite and friendly. We talked about thanksgiving and football. They checked my air filter and offered to change it at a discounted rate. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be back for the next change.

I've been there a few times now and its very nice to see the same people working there each time (unlike their competition). The crews are friendly, efficient, and professional. They know what they are doing and even know how to explain it to a layman like me. Something else I like about them is they give a military discount for all active duty and veterans, and it's a big one. For those who haven't served, they also have regular coupons. You stay in your car while they do the work. I don't know if its just five minutes, but its a lot faster than other places I've been. Give them a shot. Like me, you might be glad you did!

I'm on the phone with her while I have my father there getting my tires for me. I'm trying to put them on my discount tire credit account, I give her my social and she tells me there's no credit & I said ok & that was it she ended the conversation. She doesn't offer me to reapply or anything just hands the phone back to my father and tells him there's no credit. Doesn't offer more help or information & my father had to pay out of pocket. This is so frustrating. The first time I dealt with her it was in person back in October and she wasn't helpful at all.

March 10th 2026, I ordered a set of wheel locks, was told it would be two days to be delivered…read more March 17th I called back up there cause they hadn't called me back yet, was told it would be two days. So, I wait two more days and no call. I call back on March 19th, they "lost my order" and they are going to reorder them expedited. March 26th I call up there cause its been another week with no call, told "I'll call FedEx and give you a call right back." No call back so I call again on March 27th and a different guy says, "I don't see your order in here, what do you want to order?" The level of incompetence is insane, and I don't have my wheel locks or my money back. I really want a manager to reach out to me and make this right.
