took my car there on a Monday for an oil leak and they estimated me $300 to fix it. so i called…read morethem on Thursday to see if there were any updates, they said "whoops we forgot your about car! we will have it done by lunch!" they called me two hours later claiming i needed a whole new radiator and it'd be an extra $400. i told them to go ahead ‍ next day i get it out the shop and they say "it'll still be smoking for a little bit, burning the stuff off." a few weeks later, it's still smoking and it is still losing oil! so i take it back and they call me later to say "theres actually a crack in your motor block. we can sell you a new motor yada yada..." you didn't notice the crack in my motor $700 ago?? anyway, i am NOT going to let them replace my motor, nor will i let them do anything for me again. they got an extra $120 out of us for a cleaning fee that day i took it back.

At NO TIME was I updated on the status of my car nor was I ever given any sort of timeframe of when my car would be ready. I spoke with the manager and explained that it was unacceptable to just forget about any customer and not keep them informed on the status of their vehicle. I feel he didn't act like he cared and definitely felt like he didn't care about me! I also explained to Blake the same thing about not keeping me informed and he had the same attitude as the manager. I guess Blake was too busy "playing" on his cellphone to care about me as a customer. I also told Blake that if there was another Discount Tire available for me to take my business, I would NEVER Return to the Discount Tire in Palestine!
