This store's quality seems very hit or miss depending on the time of year. I understand it's located on an island and high traffic can be challenging, but I've been here many times. I wish they would hire more staff to meet the store's needs. I've never had an issue with the service; the service is always excellent, Whenever I walk in, I'm greeted, and I'm always asked if I need help finding anything. It's primarily the appearance of the store that sometimes makes me wonder if the Manager on Duty even cares about the store's presentation. Aside from that, I love the products, and the prices seem very fair. Not sure if this location is going to stay open,I'm aware that many locations of this company are closing.
