A single cashier, about 15 people in line, many with arms full of convenience foods and beer that had to be scanned. If they're going to make everyone prepay inside, they should be staffed to accommodate the extra foot traffic. If I were the manager, I would have completed a work order to have that problem fixed TODAY. An amazing lack of respect for its (many soon-to-be former) patrons.

Inside they offer fresh salads, sandwiches, smoothies, milk shakes, tacos, fajitas, and all of the other gas station offerings. The restroom was among the nicest I've ever seen. There were four stalls for the women with nice countertops. It needed a little cleaning, but once clean, this restroom would be marvelous. There was a line at the cash register, but the staff seemed to move the line right along so that there were not any long waits. Pretty cool place...for a gas station.

Barbi's parents and relatives all live or have places down in the RGV, so when we come down here we do a bunch of stuff and try a bunch of food, and often need gas because it's such a long drive to and from Houston, and this is one of the cheapest gas stations in town for sure.
