I bought Kingsford lighter fluid for $12.98 and the plastic bottle leaked from the bottom in the backseat of our car and made a huge mess. Also, I bought Bounty paper towels for $38.38. There was supposed to be a $6.00 deduction at checkout and it was not applied. read more

I like Sam's everywhere I go but the one in the RGV really has a special kind of customer service, none. The tire center employees lack the willingness to work for the customer. Amazes me how a 9 year employee treats his customers. read more

I like this Sams cause it has the flavor of the Rio Grande Valley. It offers many of the Mexican important foods, and drinks you would usually find in corner store in bulk. I always stock up on the Mexican Apple sodas. That's something you can't find in any Sams outside of the Valley. Its amazing to find goat cheese in mass quantities; you never know I may want to serve up bistec tacos for the whole neighborhood. Of course this Sams Club has the usual things you would find at any other Sams, flat screen TVs, tires, 40 roll pack of TP, and Miracle Whip in 5 gallon containers. The only again that sucks about this Sams Club is that just like the Wal-Mart next door to it; Sams Club can really get packed and crowded. But, what retail store in Brownsville doesn't get packed and crowded. I give Sams Club 4 stars for selling cases of manzana soda and goat cheese in 10lbs blocks. read more

Great place to get prescriptions filled at reasonable prices. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Love the location, the parking, and the fact it's got anything I'll ever need by the truck load! This is my favorite place to buy food and drinks for a bug party. I can buy cases of beer for much less than in other stores and stacks of hamburger patties and buns. It's a great place to shop BIG! read more

The store it self is a middle of the road sams. It's pretty old but bigger than the newer ones. The problem is the cafe they have. The line usually wraps around twice, but they only have one cashier. The cashier also does order fulfillment. That is ridiculously inefficient, and shows incompetence on management side. read more

Wanted to go buy an xbox360 bundle (w/ Kenict) 250gb. All they had was the 4gb. Asked for help, they searched but didn't managed to tell me that they didn't have any. I walked out the store and an employee told me if I wanted to exit the store I should use the exit doors. I ignored them and continue to walk. Just for not having the 250gb. read more

This Sam's Club is the best! The staff goes out of their way to help you find items. They also unload your groceries as you check out and you don't have to worry. Getting the plus membership pays off if you buy here regularly. I recommend Sam's Club to everyone. read more
