I've never used this company but I was driving down the hill from Arnold and he was behind me to whole way. It's was snowing hard with chain control the whole way which means the speed limit is 25. We were in Murphys for a Jason Mraz concert at Ironstone Winery. We used the Murphys Taxi and not only did she get us to the concert in plenty of time, but after we had gotten there and had been there for a little while, we realized that we had left our tickets in the hotel lobby. One of the ladies in our group called the hotel and someone had turned in the tickets. When the taxi driver, Darcy, went back to the hotel to pick up more guests for the concert she picked up our tickets for us and delivered them to us!!! So happy!!! And she was the nicest lady!!! I hired Tim for my wedding at my parents' house in Vallecito, and couldn't be happier. kris is amazing!!! 1st of all he put up with 6 crazy ladies going to the reba concert who left the tickets on the bed he had us back to the hotel and the venue within twenty minutes in traffic he was so sweet!! then after the night was over he made sure we all got back to the hotel safely!!! then the next morning one of the girls sunglasses were missing and when we called him he reported that the next people turned them in and he would personally deliver them to the stockton area later that day as he was passing by there while traveling with his family that afternoon !!! thats what i call real customer service!!! and just being a great person!! thanks a million kris you rock!!! read more
