I only had $32 in cash so the driver calls her company an we pay over the phone. THEN they say we only have to pay $45, they will lower the price. Such a scam and the paper on her dash board says $2.50 per mile. Rip off. By the way Lyft & Uber charge only $14.00 for 6 miles.

NO confirmation was provided at the day of reservation. The person who answered the pone wasn't well spoken in English. He said, don't worry we are confirmed. I had my doubts and sure enough on the day of travel, there was a no show. When I called by 5:45AM looking for my driver, first there was no answer. Called three times and finally a gentleman answered the phone and said we don't have any reservation for you. I am in Tracy and will take me 35 minutes to come. I was so disappointed as I didn't want to miss my flight. I told my son to take me. Not recommended. Will never use them again.
