I had a gift certificate but would have never chosen this place on my own. So many things wrong not…read moresure where to begin. First thing I notice is the room has a sign stating no "favors". That is not something I ever expected to see but I guess it speaks to clientele. Two massage tables per room with a curtain to separate. The lady got ON the table to give my massage. Never had this happen anywhere I've been! The table kept buzzing because her phone was on and it was going off. She was texting with one hand and massaging my foot with the other. The door notification sound kept going off. Nothing about this was relaxing. It was supposed to be a 90 minute massage but more like 60 minutes. At the end she had the nerve to ask for more money. I absolutely without a doubt do NOT recommend this place. If you are looking for something that resembles a spa this isn't even close. The massage chairs at the mall will give you a better experience than this place.
