It's flat, and there are several large, mature trees so you've got shade and peace and quiet. It's best to access from 900 East. There's a small sign and uphill road that comes east off of 9th just south of 45th. Take that for a block or so and it appears on your left. After a year of my Mom calling and bothering them, the finally realized they didn't order it. I go up on Veteran's Day and the Veteran's Memorial is full of weeds, STILL. It has been for months. We have been asking them to weed it plus other families have too. They have Christmas decorations up already, their big tree is decorated with lights. They went above and beyond to be responsive to our needs. Brian helped us through all the necessary arrangements at the mortuary and Mike went with us to the cemetery in Tooele. His attentiveness but unobtrusiveness were extraordinary. Sadly, this isn't our extended family's first experience with death but it was our first experience with Memorial. I highly recommend them. Not only didn't they add to the trauma they sheparded us through a terrible time in a such a tender way. As the grandma I wanted to be sure they were gentle with the baby and his parents. They absolutely were respectful and thoughtful. Thank you.

I attended the 2019 holiday choir concert hosted by Memorial Holladay for those grieving during the…read moreholiday season and for the community in general. It was a lovely service. The Chaplin provided a brief, thoughtful talk appropriate to the season, and there was a solemn reading of names of the recently deceased followed by a moment of silence. Then, the Cottonwood Elementary school choir performed a handful of delightful songs that were simply joyous. Following the children's performance there was a light meal provided. The entire evening was perfect. Thank you, Memorial Holladay, for hosting such a considerate and timely event.
