I was left to needlessly worry about my dog, who was having surgery. Also, my 3rd dog, who is still a puppy, had a bad reaction to a vaccine and the staff didn't take my concerns seriously. We have 3 dogs and will be moving them to a different vet who has office staff that treat their customers with respect and vets who care about communication. I no longer trust nor recommend this veterinarian any longer. Things sure have changed!

I got myself out, got him up the rocks & into the car & rushed him to the vet. They were wonderful. Boo was almost frozen. They towel dried, used a hair drier, gave him warm liquids with a catheter & spent an hour checking his temp until they were sure he wasn't going into shock. Junie had experienced failed adoptions and, as a terrier, needed to learn to manage her emotions and energy. Junie trained with Joe for two weeks. She is much calmer and happier. If you know…read moreanything about poms, you should know their coat doesn't always grow back if you shave them! I ALWAYS ask for a trim at any and all groomers for the sake of this happening.. So if you want to get your pet beautifully shaved, this is the place! First time I get her back it was beginning of winter! Winter! And they still shaved her? Tried again when her fur was fluffy enough for another cut.. remembering to be aggressive with the word "trim" and it was "too short" last time... comes back shaved!! Not sure why I could possibly have came back another time.. probably because the price was unbeatable ( $30! ) and her fur seemed to be growing back.. back once again.. shaved and this time it was patchy for about 6-8 months! Definitely a miscommunication with the receptionist and groomer, or they just shave dogs, no trims? Go here for a cheap shave! Otherwise I would suffer the $65/ $80 bucks somewhere else

He also is very responsive if I'm having guests over and need additional help before they arrive. Furthermore, I find it very hard to believe he'd leave a gate open and let a dog get out. Andy has worked for me for more than a decade, and he's never done anything remotely irresponsible around my dogs. They all love him. I'm glad he's back in business in Bozeman. We've really missed his great service.

Andy came to clean up my yard for the first time today. He left the gate open on his way out and my…read moredog was missing for hours. I feel the most important part of his job is making sure the gate is closed so the dogs he cleans up after don't risk getting injured or lost. When I messaged him about this he was very unapologetic and offered no sympathy, or any thing to make it up. I am also displeased with the service. I paid $65 for a quarter of an acre yard to be picked up where one dog lives. I walked outside to check it out and immediately stepped in dog poop.
