Very unimpressed. The gentleman working was nice enough but his "knowledge" in photography is very outdated and inaccurate for today's industry. It seemed as though he didn't want to sell us a thing in telling us everything we know is wrong. I recently called about a part I was missing for my CH60 Cine Head and was told by the person on the phone that the part does not say it comes included but after contacting the company that sells the product they stated that it indeed does come with the part. They then implied that the part does come with every part and that there is no way I did not receive one after arguing and trying to convince the person on the phone that I did not get the part with what I purchased he reluctantly offers to give me a different one in store. read more

The salesman was very helpful except for one thing. We went to Murray's early in morning to avoid other customers due to covid. Luckily we were the only 2 in the store but the salesman did not wear a mask. I asked nicely if he wouldn't mind putting one on and he would not. He said he doesn't like wearing them and I agreed no one LIKES wearing them. I really thought he could handle putting one on for the very brief time we were there. I would not go back. read more

I very cleverly forgot to charge my camera battery before I left home and also forgot my charger. Pat at Murray Photo not only helped me find a used battery but charged it for me at no cost when he found he had no charger on hand he could sell me to charge it. He even contacted a nearby competitor for help when it looked like he might not have the battery I needed. If it wasn't for Pat, I would've lost a whole day of shooting! read more
