I have been seeing Dr. Anderson at InSight Eye Care for at least a decade. He is very professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasant person to deal with. His staff has all the latest medical tools for a thorough exam (they even got rid of the "air puff" test for glaucoma, which I hated! Their new tool is much nicer!) Their facilities are always bright and gleaming. It is spotless! You feel as though you are walking into a new building (and it is fairly new), and are treated like royalty! They are more interested in upselling than getting your order right. They tell you how much more it will cost for each additional feature, but not how it effects the total until you go to check out and get sticker shock. We spent time going over options for frames and lenses and measuring where the bifocal line should be for close up and mid range vision. What I received were non bifocal glasses for distance vision. And btw it will cost hundreds more for the correct lenses. Then what did I actually pay for? And they were not at all apologetic. I was ready to say refund me and walk away except that I would have to start all over somewhere else. read more

(APPLETON) Don't rely on Dr. Demjek. They will just send you over or not even share if you have concerns about your child's vision. Not the best place for kids. Could be more understanding when it comes to non-verbals, special needs, and toddler age. Honestly, the eye care you get is based on the doctor, facility, and dedication. Dr. Demjek does the vision therapy; but at AB See Vision. Business is business and when you grow or manage more than one place you loose sight on the customer. In the end, its the customer who is observing and will notice the details: Manners, professional attitude, if they feel heard, if they feel rushed, and did they leave with a smile ready to past on to others hey, go here. Dr. Beer felt my child's squinting and eye turn was not big deal fast forward a year OT is still telling my vision therapy. OT was very concerned over the eye doctor. Incredibly friendly staff! Dr Ames is vrry thorough and explains things clearly so you understand. They even show you the pictures they take. Also, the woman who helped me with my frames also did all the math to help me decide whether to use my insurance on frames or contacts, what would save me the most out of pocket money! read more

This office and staff are exceptional to say the least. Greeted when you walk in as if you were family. The time and concern shown is unsurpassed. The time taken by Dr. Ryan Ames is the key to make sure these old eyes see as well as they can. Dr Ryan Ames cares for my family's eye issues from small to extreme. You may call the office with a question and not once have I felt stupid for calling and asking. I simply can't recommend this office enough. They will take great care of all ages and issues. These guys are really great! I really like coming to see Dr. Ryan. It doesn't take too long to get an appointment. I feel like when I go there the exam is complete.
