Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, the quality of service declined. Communication became very poor, and I often had to wait weeks for a response. Finally got hold of her a month a half later, trying to go over 'coordination of benefits'.. she said 'I can't make a decision for you. You need to ask your husband'. I have never ask her to make a decision for me! I was trying to figure out if it's even beneficial to me to have 2 insurance coverage.
