I received a quote from this agency via an online quote service, but when it came time to get serious about underwriting a policy, this agency would not put in any effort. They would tell me one thing, then change what they told me and tell me another thing. It was a total run-around and total wasted of my time. I seriously don't know what business they are in. After 40 years in the business I am glad that I have retired. Saddened to see the industry that I gave so much to in behalf of my clients has been taken over by those that have No Concept Of Customer Service. Peter Moscu sends me a text stating he is booked for the entire week. Essentially unable to return my phone call. I am so glad that I did not purchase Insurance from this agency. They act like earning a commission is not important, and have little or no desire to help potential clients. I fail to understand the logic of this.
