Told supervisor he wanted to tear open a perfectly packaged manufacturer box to charge me more for their own packaging, supervisor had to say no. 3. You tell them the package is worth $1500 and they use it to lean on while figuring things out on their computer. 4. Tells you he's going to charge you the "custom packaging" even if they repackage the box or not, approximately $80. 5. Just simply did not know anything about logistics and was unwilling to work. I feel UPS Corporate should audit this franchise due to concerns about employees like this.

I paid $250 for shipping and packaging and the employees measured my package and made sure it would fit in a box. Next day I get called staying the manager wants me to buy a bigger box, pay the difference for it and the additional $600+ I'd have to pay because the manager wants me to pay more. I came in and multiple employees including a white female and African American male told me the box would have fit fine. Manager had a young Hispanic female texting him since they weren't there, and telling the female employee to just refund me quickly to avoid issues. This is basically the same as those moving companies pay and then pay some more scams you see.
