I sent a package of fruit to my daughter in NY on June 4th and Paid $156 for next-day delivery because it was fresh fruit. Today is June 20 and it has not arrived. The young men left the apartment # off the address. He copied the address from my phone, Had a hard time spelling my daughter's name with I spelled letter by letter. Finally, he asked me to check if the name was correct and told me to sign on the machine. When I returned a week later to see what happened a very disrespectful worker named Ryder kept shrugging his shoulders dismissing every part of my complaint. I really appreciate the permit parking right out front so it's easy to pop in and out without hauling my kiddos and packages at the same time. I have been coming to this UPS store since I moved to he Homestead area a year ago whenever I needed to mail some packages. My most recent experience occurred due to the fact Amazon sent me a package in error....and I called Amazon to inform them that they sent me the 120 item in error. Amazon asked If I could send the item back to them and gave me a shipping label to send the package back to them. Like with most of my experiences with the UPS store...there was little to no wait to send the package out. My experience lasted about 5 minutes. There is usually never a long line and the staff are very accommodating. There are so many options as to what you can do but they will take their time explaining things out if you don't understand a service or need some help. They don't rush with customers even if their is a line. I like that because it shows that they want the customer to receive the beat treatment when they're being assisted. I went to return an Amazon package and despite the line now due to mandated social distancing, I had to wait a bit outside. But the two clerks were working efficiently and in less than five minutes they had gotten three people out of the line and served so the line was moving quickly. I walked in with box to return and the older lady with grey whitish hair not helpful at all. At all other friendlier locations they have large clear tape that customers can use. I guess she was not in the mood today. Whoever you are on the counter,..... don't be stingy with tape! Needless to say , took my package somewhere else . read more

They make shipping easy here. The service offered here is vastly different that what you would expect in the Miami area. Meaning they are friendly and actually have no problem shipping your package even if you have a printed label. The staff member took all of my packages and scanned them for my receipt. He taped them close and put the labels on them for me. That is the customer service you should get from all locations, but it is hit and miss in south Florida. read more

I originally went to the USPS on Washington Ave but the line was extremely long due to the covid-19 regulations. Short on time, I decided to check this UPS location instead. What a great decision! Although they are limiting 4 customers inside the store at any given time, the service was fast and I was at the counter in less than 3 minutes. Lito helped with my shipment, he was friendly yet professional. He was able to hold an entire conversation with me while putting all the important details of the shipment. I am impressed and will always come here for my shipping needs. The post office is rundown, offers slow service, and often have miserable employees at the counters. I have never felt important or appreciated as a customer from all of my previous visits there. Bring your shipping business here! The price is very competitive and for me, I would pay a little more for my time and better service any day. It's a no-brainer! read more
