I'd understand if I was just recovering from an accident and insurance was covering it, but I'm just there for a quick crack and dash. She tells me it's required and its an additional $99 on top of the $70 adjustment. No mention of this prior. Good customer service would've been "Hey we'll do this for free because we dropped the ball and wasted your morning.". but no. I told her my frustration and left am hour 20 after I got there. Will not return. ever.

I also asked questions which I did not know were not allowed and frowned upon. I also didn't know that wanting them to obtain a prior authorization and bill my insurance was "wanting everything for free." If I wanted something for free I would have taken him up on the offer of taking their collagen powder that he requested I take "for free". I also apologize for not jumping into a $9,000 package. I only told my experience and I know for a fact people like going to his office if not they wouldn't be open and they wouldn't leave 5 star reviews. I also apologized for your wife's death and told you I was very sorry for your loss. As you told me that's why the eligibility for my insurance was not checked . I've also had family pass away this year. It's hard and it sucks but life doesn't stop & you know this or you wouldn't be in the office or still have it open. You also said that your daughter did the billing and insurance verification but as soon as I showed my ID your front office was able to verify it with out your daughter being their. I wish I could remember the doctor's name, but he was very informative and pleasant as was his receptionist and technician. Soft wave is a miracle treatment that, of course, insurance companies do not cover because, of course, the AMA doesn't give it a billing code. This defies logic and common sense, of course, because the insurance companies would rather cover much more expensive treatments and procedures instead of this highly cost effective and just plain effective treatment. If you've seen any ads for soft wave treatment with patients suffering from joint pain or stiffness or other ailments, they are true. Let me tell you about my story. I had tweaked an injury to my right shoulder almost a year and a half ago. This limited my mobility and kept me from doing active things like throwing a ball. Even simple things like putting on a necktie or washing my back. There were definite movements that I could not do without pain or limited mobility, like reaching up high. This doctor gave me at least 15 minutes of soft wave therapy (it felt like longer) and it's crazy!--it works immediately. I could reach higher and every mobility issue improved. This clinic was different in that the gel applied was warmed up and so was the towel to wipe it off after the treatment. Cold gel and towel is no biggie, but this was a nice touch. Doing soft wave instead of surgery? No brainer. I wish this had been available years ago so that I didn't have to go through partially successful surgery that took many sessions of PT for only partial recovery. The technology behind it is that it increases blood flow, can increase bone density, and as far as I can understand, sort of "tricks" cells into a self-healing mode. You can research this yourself, though, it's not the purpose of this review. And of course, it has been in use in Europe for years before the US approved of it. Invented by German doctors to shatter kidney stones. After the soft wave therapy, he gave me an additional treatment with a laser treatment that also works in deep tissue. There were other rooms with other equipment for different kinds of treatment. His prices are comparable to everyone else's. I would definitely recommend that you try him out. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Living with chronic back & neck pain since my teens I stumbled across this company on Social Media…read morethat showed an advertisement of a person's neck in a position that allows maximum stretching and proper curvature. A few days later saw a different picture with a person on a table which appeared to stretch the back. Made a phone call, and found that they accepted my insurance. But wanted to do a consultation and take x-rays first. The first appointment they went over range of motion and found the pressure points that caused pain and asked about what I do for work? Told them I sit on a computer many hours a day many days a week. Next they worked up the plan for how many times I will be at the center and what types of things I will have to do at home. They take an alternative approach to Physical Therapy. I like what they do and how they don't mess around with isolating the areas that need some strengthening. Have been to 3 different Physical Therapy places around SLC in the past and they came and went and didn't seem to care. Here they use physiotherapy (not sure how different from PT?) and make sure you are on task and doing the proper procedures as designed. This entails stretching, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, strengthening the muscles, increasing flexibility, and improving balance and coordination. The staff, doctors, chiropractors, massage therapist, and nurses all treat the patients with dignity and respect. Seen a couple negative reviews on where which don't seem to have actually been to the facility except to make an appointment. Some guy named Dust C posted the same things over and over which should be flagged by Yelp for inaccurate review. Have been coming to IG since late July '20 and still go 2x a week now Oct '20. And most days are great for being pain free some days aren't so good but are becoming few and far between. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that they sometimes get really busy, and most of the time it is because I am running late to my scheduled appointment. Highly recommend this facility for those that are suffering from pain that want to avoid surgery or an elixir. :-)
