Really easy to work with. I gave them a call and left a message. They called me back a few hours later and I told them what needed to be done (a full swing set removal from my backyard) and they scheduled a date and sure enough I got a phone call on that date saying the job was done and they sent me an invoice right through my phone. I called and they were able to get my job scheduled within a week. 2 gentlemen arrived to do the job, I was disappointed that they didn't wear masks, because they were working inside my home. They were efficient but did scratch the flooring by dragging a box spring through my home. Overall they got the job done. After they left, I did have to clean up debris they left in the driveway after loading the dump truck. read more

Plain and simple - these guys don't mess around. The 3-4 man A Team swoops right in and gets your junk picked up with serious haste, and they're very courteous and friendly to boot! They even spotted some junk I had laying around that I didn't plan on disposing of, asked me about it, and took it off my hands anyway. While making haste, they are also very thorough - the workers busted out some brooms and swept up after themselves, leaving not a trace of trash behind. The price seems a little high at first, but after reflecting on the great service they provide, it clicks - you don't have to move a single muscle while they make your terrible garbage vanish in mere minutes, and that takes a whole lot of stress off a person. I do have one nitpick though - I used their service twice, but going into the first job they didn't call me before they showed up, which is definitely a must. It was a surprise and I was caught really unprepared for them to storm in and get to work. Happily I got a 15-20 minute heads-up call before they showed for the second job. If you guys read this review, make sure to not forget that heads-up call - it's critical. Bottom line: I'd highly recommend Junk and Dump to anyone that wouldn't mind trading some cash to completely avoid dealing with a big headache-inducing pile of stinking garbage. read more

Above and beyond!!!!! I want to tell you all this is a great company that went above and beyond the call of duty!!! I called this company to haul away a sofa/chaise couch and a matching chair. Pretty straightforward stuff or so I thought. So made an appointment for them to be here between one and four pm. They were right on time and got here at 1pm. Would have been simple had I not been so clumsy. Now On my way to answer the door I tripped over my own foot and broke the big toe of my left foot and cut a deep gash on that toe. Now I take blood thinners so I was bleeding severely. Not what these movers signed up for yet they didn't miss a beat. Ammar Brenden and David did not miss a beat. They stepped right up got me a towel to stop the bleeding and made sure I was ok before worrying about my furniture. I being embarrassed felt horrible but all three of them were so very very nice. They made sure I was ok and even offered to stay till my wife (who was on the way) got there. I cannot thank these three guys enough. They were so very very helpful. These guy are well worth the 5-start rating, I'd give them 6-stars if that was possible. I was in Spokane last week to visit my mom, she has a small apartment and needed to get rid of an old couch. I called a 'different' hauling service at first, the guy answered on a Saturday said he couldn't get to it that day but could on Sunday, okay whew..I have a plan! Sunday rolls around, no-call, no show, and it was a late afternoon pick up so now I've lost two days. I called Junk-n-Dump on Monday morning, the guy says, I'm pretty sure we can do it today, late afternoon. I asked them to call me first before going over, I wanted to be there so Mom didn't have to deal with it. These guys, called ahead, gave me a 30 min window before they arrived, the guys were friendly, courtesy and and the whole project was done in 10 mins. Thanks again! I asked for an online quote online and to see about scheduling my job. One of the owners, Mike Stephens, emailed me back in minutes. I told him what days I was available, and he was able to schedule me in. I had a lot of damaged furniture and other items from flooding in my basement and other issues with my garage. I had my boys bring everything out to my driveway and didn't realize how much stuff needed to go. The two gentleman that showed up were polite and friendly. I honestly thought they would have to make two trips, but they didn't. They fit everything into one trip, they hardly talked while working because you could tell they were there to "get the job done". I think they got everything loaded in about 20 minutes!! If I had one "even better if", it would have been that Mike gave me some sort of quote prior to them coming out. When I asked, he said "I would have to see the job". So basically, I hired a company with no idea how much it would cost me until the job was done. Luckily, it was a very reasonable price and left me room to leave the team a tip and still be in my budget. Overall, I definitely would recommend this company!! read more
