Some of the problems I have encountered include no bagels (they ran out right after opening), store closed because no one showed up to open on time, bagels not ready even though pre-ordered, bagels not cut or missing napkins/knives. I even had the manager call me rude when I was upset my bagels were not ready on time causing me to be late for a meeting (all I said was "your killing me" and why preorder if you cannot get them ready on time). I am done with this establishment as a food resource. I will take several thousand dollars worth of business per year elsewhere.
