Yummy bagel sandos - recommend Brisket for breakfast & Tasty Turkey for lunch. Pick up order on time waiting for me. Staff friendly, store clean. Parking lot small & tight for entrance/exit.

This Einsteins location is always busy, but they're quick! The tables haven't been returned, so don't plan on dining in. I like to place my order on the app and just grab it from the pick up area. But if you want to customize your order, go in, place your order, and they're great about accommodating requests.

I placed an order online so I could just run in and grab it since I have a busy day. Ended up arriving 7 mins late and went up to the front to let them know I placed an order online and waited 5 mins just for them to notice and come talk to me. I tried to get their attention and they said give us a bit. No worries it looked busy. After letting them know I was here to pick up my order and sorry I'm a bit late they told me they haven't even started on my order but they will start it right now. I ended up waiting 20 mins for 2 bagels. Wouldn't have really cared it's just annoying to place an order online and end up getting my order after people who came in after me and ordered there. Also didn't even get a confirmation receipt or anything so I can get points for my order

You are not going to get a warm welcome here. There was one other customer when I walked in. Not a hello, may I help you, nothing. There was some but not much inside seating against the window. There was a stand with call in orders right as you walk in the door. Which makes it nice you don't have to wait to have your order prepared. It's sitting there ready for pick up. College students are behind the counter and I'm sure their mind is on an up and coming test rather than concentrating on getting your order correct. Oh wait what did you say? Ya, you get it. The girl that took my order didn't know the menu very well and became flustered when I asked her what came on the Bacon, Avocado, and Tomato sandwich. Errr never mind. Hopefully the sandwich maker knows what goes on it. I also ordered a Ham and Swiss sandwich on a poppyseed bagel, toasted of course (It comes with an egg by the way) and two large Coffee's to go. No creamer in the stainless steel container, so I asked one of the employees to replenish it. I was mighty surprised she didn't clean the container before adding fresh cream, especially since the outside could have used a good cleaning. Their coffee sucks. So week and luke warm. I wasn't expecting much really as this town is know for "The Words of Wisdom" which means NO drinking coffee. This location is one block from the entrance from BYU. I can imagine how crowded and busy it is during school. Great view of MT Timpanogos.

Come on, a hashbrown cheesy bagel?? That has to be one of the greatest inventions out there. I got a coupon in the mail for 'buy one get one' egg sandwiches, and the picture made my mouth water for a week, so my friend and I finally stopped by for breakfast and both got the 'all nighter'. I wanted to take a picture of it, but it was gone too fast. 2 filling sandwiches for 7 bucks? That's a big win.

Very yummy bagels! Although it did take very long to make 4 bagels with only 2 workers.

don't get the avocado toast, the avocado aren't ripe and they don't put good seasoning on it. Save your money.

Employees clearly aren't trained enough to handle crowds. Waited 45 minutes..... for a bagel. And I even ordered ahead.

Cubby's was a lunch stop that immediately earned a return visit before I'd even finished eating…read more I enjoyed the mango salad: Spring mix, marinated chicken, feta, avocado, toasted pistachios, mango salsa fresca, cilantro, and jalapeño ranch--Every bite hitting a different note, nothing fighting for attention, everything tasting genuinely fresh. The jalapeño ranch brings just enough heat to keep things interesting without overpowering the brightness of the mango or the creaminess of the avocado. It's a well-composed dish, and easily the best thing I have eaten so far during an entire week in Utah. The sweet potato fries matched it: crispy outside, soft inside, the kind of side you keep reaching for without meaning to. Service was fast, atmosphere rustic and clean. No ceremony, no friction. I am already rearranging my remaining days in Provo to fit in one more visit before leaving the state.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing…read more My husband picked up dinner for us tonight, and it was one of the biggest wastes of money I've ever spent on takeout. We ordered a large sweet potato fry to share, and the container was only filled about halfway. I also ordered the beet salad with extra red beets, extra gold beets, and extra goat cheese. We were charged an additional $1.50 for each add-on, yet my salad arrived with zero goat cheese, only four tiny slices of red beets, and five tiny slices of gold beets. Cubby's has always been notoriously stingy with the beets, which is exactly why I paid extra for additional toppings. Instead, I ended up with even less than the standard portion. In the end, I paid $18 for what was essentially a bowl of spring mix with two slices of avocado, three orange segments, no goat cheese, and nine paper-thin slices of beets. That's unacceptable. To make matters worse, we tried calling to speak with a manager, but the phones were turned off at 8:15 p.m., even though the restaurant advertises that it's open until 9:00 p.m. This was the last straw with Cubby's. The night shift clearly needs better training and quality control. Charging customers for extras and then not including them is not okay. If you want to waste your money on food that is carelessly prepared and doesn't match what you paid for, this is a great place to go.
