As the other reviews said, final payment was due the day before the event. Brian showed up and was very friendly and my family and friend welcomed him into my mother's home where we were getting ready for the ceremony. He even came to me during the reception to say it was one of the best weddings he has attended. We waited the 6 weeks to get our photos and all that was promised in the package before calling. Initially Brian said he needed more time, that he had 20 photos left to edit. Since it has been excuses of injury/surgery, hospital visits and eventual non-response to calls; my husband and I got voicemail to leave messages. We've sent emails and occasionally got responses from some representative/ editing consultant, and told 30+ photos still needed editing. To this day, NO PHOTOS! At this point it feels like we paid for a wedding crasher. Clearly a scammer. I do not recommend Final Touch Photograpy/Brian M. Sturtevant. Avoid at all costs! We will be taking action.

I was immediately impressed with how they commanded the entire pre-wedding photo-shoot in such a goofy-fun, yet professional and artistic way. They can get the best shots out of anyone, and using their experience, the unedited photos they showed during his reception looked better than the final products of anyone else we had seen in our interviewing process. Unfortunately, at that time we had already signed with a different photographer in TX. After a few months of continuously looking at his lack of portfolio updates, and Sara and Jason's constantly updating amazing portfolio, we knew we had to make the switch. They worked with us to craft a package for our needs, and in the end, the extra bit of money for their level of quality made all the difference. After hearing horror stories from other couples about their photographers, we learned that photography is one thing you cannot skimp on as your photos will be your primary memories in the years to come. Sara and Jason even took us around downtown for a day after shoot that had some truly amazing, spontaneous shots come out of it. Trust us; check out their portfolio, read their blog, and then run to a phone and book them immediately. Their calendar fills up like crazy, and rightfully so. Sara and Jason of Concept Photography are amazing photographers, but more importantly, amazing people too. They will be our family photographers moving forward, and if we can convince them to move to Austin, our friends here as well! :-)
