No one approached me as I sorted through their pretty good selection looking for one with a tone I liked. But when I was ready to talk business, they were ready to help. Helped me put together a package with a gig bag, tuner, capo, etc. Wasn't cheap, but I am happy with my purchase. A fun shop with people jamming together at the front of the store.
