Beware people, these "sweet people" are crooks. I was told when signing my daughter up for guitar lessons that I could cancel at any time. My daughter went for 2 months and decided she didn't like it so I contacted Music junction in email on April 30th letting them know that we were canceling. The respond back was you will have 30 more days of lessons since that's the cancellation policy. At this point they have my card on recurring payments and so they went ahead and charged my card. I disputed the charges and contacted them letting them know to stop. They did not because up until a week ago I was still getting texts asking if my daughter will be participation in the recital coming up. Are you kidding me? Do you people not get the point?? Do I need to hire an attorney to be done with you?? read more

My 4yr old joined this center because he loves music and we did mention during our inquiry that our kid is hyperactive and has mild autism. So we were directed to an instructor who was very well versed in working with such kids and that is Ms Hayley M. Ms Hayley was able to get my kids attention and was able to teach him on how to play the keys on the piano, specifically in an environment where he was so easily distracted. She is very friendly and was able to get my kid to learn some of the keys. In fact I went ahead and enrolled myself for few weeks so I could help my kids practice at home. I would definitely recommend this center and Ms Hayley too. read more

I was looking for a music class for my 8yr, she doesn't know first what to play, she just want to play music. First we try with the summer camp and she discovered that piano was her thing. So I enrolled in private classes and she loves it. The teachers are really kinda a great, BethAnn, Bob and Morelia great persons always trying to help and let us have a good experience. We went to Front location (inside Hollywood piano) and a few classes in the original locations and both are comfy. I also like that kids have presentations but in a way that they don't have to feel like a competition that manages the show like a fun demonstration of what they have learned. Love it! read more

I have been taking piano lessons at The Music Junction for 8 years. While it is geared primarily towards kids, I've found it to be a wonderful learning environment for adults as well. The teachers are very skilled and professional and reinforce the idea that learning is supposed to be fun (even for adults!). I also love that there are 2 recitals a year which gives students goals to work towards while also keeping us motivated. One of the highlights for me is being able to perform the recitals on a beautiful grand piano at the Hollywood Piano Company! I absolutely love The Music Junction and have been amazed at my own progress over the years, as well as the progress of the students that I see performing at the recitals. I highly recommend The Music Junction to anyone (child or adult) looking for a studio with a strong feeling of community and that stresses the importance that learning music should be fun! read more

The thing that is so amazing about this place is that they listen to where you are at and what your needs are and they offer real technique, passion and tools to help you be your brightest self. If you've always wanted to sing and just didn't have the confidence, you must train, like an athlete. Choose the best mentor to help you succeed. They have a lot of them to choose from. You will find your match! My man Brad is an amazing teacher because his heart is so big, is a good father and knows how to deliver information to any level of skill such that you will grow!!! He gains a clear understanding of your needs by continuously asking you what you want and holding you to that while offering his mad scientist humble skills. I have had to miss the 2 last weeks and its killing me! He is such a generous person and has a real passion for helping people accomplish their goals. Charissa got to know me and matched me with the perfect teacher for my style of learning. Its like they have a very well oiled machine of love and music. Don't cheat your children out of a skill to be proud. I am grateful for the Music Junction bringing music back to the people that seek it out so they can share their gifts with the world! In CA, music and art was cut from schools and MUSIC JUNCTION provides affordable options that will give your children the gift that keeps giving for the rest of their lives that will bring confidence, ease, joy, creation and trust! Anahit at Music Junction is a sophisticated and expert piano and voice teacher, my daughter has been trained by her for four years now. Anahit is a conservatory-trained musician who can train your child long term seeing them to a professional level. I have seen some of her students at recitals who play like they should already be at the Phil. We would recommend her to anyone. My daughter hugs her every time they finish a lesson. She taught my daughter to sing Pie Jesu at age 6. Amazing! read more

My 7 year old boy and 5 year old girl have been with Music Junction over a year now and I'm completely pleased with how they are instructing them. Teacher Westley Steele makes it fun and exciting for the kids and I have to say this is what is boosting their learning and love for piano. At home they consistently practice from the encouragement of Mr. Westley and I get the privilege to listen/see them play and read music. I highly recommend Mr. Westley for your kids because they will love learning piano and it will show as they improve and practice at home from their own eagerness to learn influenced from this great teacher. Jennifer was very patient while I tediously explained their different personalities and what they were looking for in music. She match them up with Símon and Westley who are fantastic. Our 6-year-olds​ have really gotten quite a bit out of this program. Their teacher, Westely Steele, is a gifted artist with a wonderful sense of humor and lots of patience. As group lessons go, this is as good as it gets. Not only are our kids rapidly learning to play piano, they are understanding and reading music. Teacher Sofi at The Music Junction has taught our now 6.5 year old daughter to play the piano since she just turned 5. I cannot recommend her enough!! She is wonderful and has been so kind, patient and caring to our little girl. And most of all, she has taught our daughter to love and play the piano. She looks forward to lessons each week.
