I am a student at Music Tree and have been going for more than 5 years now. I started with Ms. Monica for piano, then Ms Steffanie for piano and voice, Ms. Mia (who is unfortunately not there anymore :c) for piano too, and I am now with Dr. Elaine. All of my teachers are/were amazing and I am happy that the business is growing! Beauty of Broadway is also a fun way to pursue your acting dream right from a young age!!! They are all friendly, and have diverse backgrounds and personalities, so that everyone gets a teacher that's right for them. The seasonal recitals are also fun to do! There is also a new program that will resume January 2024- The Singing Stage! (Every 3 months) It's a wonderful workshop that teaches about stage presence, holding a microphone, and other important aspects about being on a stage, with a recital at the end. The place where they are located is close to restaurants and other fun places to go to, so you can go eat and/or play while your child is having a lesson or after you finish a lesson. I met a lot of friends there and so can you! Also, a fun part about waiting in the lobby is that Ms. Monicas son can be there sometimes, and he is very playful! I love playing with him, just make sure he doesn't get too loud! Another thing is that you will usually preform in the legendary Fox Theatre if you're in their Musical program, which is a famous place in Pomona, and it will feel extraordinary. In my opinion She is a highly talented teacher and she loves the Kids! It blows me away at how professional her and her staff are. I am in my late forties and started taking voice lessons because I wanted to have more music in my life. I have no previous vocal training and have studied music very little. After my first free lesson with Steffanie, I was so interested and felt so at ease with her that I decided to continue. I love Music Tree. I have known Miss Monica and her staff for about six years and I love the way they teach. Each teacher is very professional and passionate for what they do. My son has had great experiences from recitals to performing at a Relay for Life to recently auditioning at his school to perform at a talent show. My three year old ( now 4) showed interest in learning the piano. My friend recommended Miss Monica. I contacted her for a free trial, My son loved it. We have been coming for a few months now and he still is just as excited as he was on his first day. Sometimes he doesn't sit still but she definitely knows how to work with toddlers and also has great patience. I enjoy watching them and seeing how his fingers and mind begin to work. I have been going to Miss Monica and Miss Steffanie for lessons since May now. In just a short couple months they have been able to make a world of difference in my voice. Both ladies are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to voice, not to mention friendly and approachable which is something that is very hard to come by in instructors. No where else are you going to be able find such a great quality voice lesson for that great of a price, and that's coming from a broke college kid lol. So far so good. Ms. Monica has been coaching me on my vocals. Its been two sessions and i already feel the difference when i sing. She's really good at breaking it down to help me understand the fundamentals of singing and how to use your vocals correctly. My daughter (3yrs old) also takes piano classes.
