The price was great, but they do not accept credit cards so instead of outright purchasing the instrument in full, I financed it through a financing company they obviously promote at a high interest rate for I was going to pay it off next month or two anyway. With that said, I just received a notice, October 18th via email that my order has been cancelled due to no inventory. So now I probably have to deal with this Financing company while my order has been cancelled. Very frustrating for I was really looking forward to this instrument. Rick, the owner, fixed it for me right there on the spot at a reasonable price. He had it figured out and completed within 25 minutes. On top of it he is a really good guy. He did some other adjustments on the guitar as well at no charge. I told him I have an older amp that is failing, sounds cuts out, and he told me bring it down the next day, I also brought my Gibson SG as the switch sometimes does not want to work right. He fixed the guitar with me there in no time flat, also did some adjustments and I left the amp with him. Bottom line Rick, the owner is a solid person. He knows how to fix gear and there is all kinds of interesting gear in his store. This is NOT a Big Box store. This is a good local independent music shop where you work directly with the owner. I will use Rick anytime I have an issue with my instruments or to buy special gear as he has treated me right.

However, if you want to return an instrument, you will have to drive to Cuyahoga Falls. They also pick them up for repairs from the school. The quality of the trumpet that my son received was excellent. One time, we received a faulty valve and they replaced it with no problem. Being able to rent instruments is nice and they provide cases and cleaning supplies too. I had a very good experience renting from here for the last couple years.

I took lessons every other week, but Music & Arts repeatedly charged me for four lessons at a time, causing unused prepaid lessons to accumulate. I contacted the store about this multiple times, and the manager acknowledged that their billing system did not work well for biweekly lessons and attempted to adjust my billing dates, but the issue continued. When my instructor announced she was leaving, I requested a refund for my eight unused lessons on April 24. I followed up again on May 1 and May 11 but was repeatedly told to wait until after my final lesson on May 15 because processing the refund sooner could cause issues with their system. Despite additional follow-up, my request was not actually submitted until June 5. Music & Arts then relied on a 90-day expiration policy to deny six of the eight lessons. The store manager who had been handling the billing issue told me that even he was unaware of this policy. More importantly, I had requested my refund weeks earlier, and it was Music & Arts that instructed me to wait before it was processed. I ultimately had to file a consumer complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Music & Arts has since refunded two lessons but continues to deny the remaining six. My experience with corporate customer service has been even worse. Representatives have been rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout my attempts to resolve this. I repeatedly raised the billing issue, requested my refund promptly, and followed the instructions their employees gave me. Based on how Music & Arts has handled this situation from beginning to end, I would not use this company again for any service and cannot recommend them.

Totally affordable, super convenient location and flexible session times. Plus Deana Lucille is completely plugged in to the local school programs so she knows what her students are focusing on in their music classes. He tuned my piano perfectly and answered all my questions in the most professional way. When he left, I didn't feel a need to hold some kind of exorcism to get bad vibes out my home. He tuned my piano perfectly, and I'm confident in his extensive knowledge of piano technology. I look forward to having him back.
