After a year I realized I had the wrong person. I found Lisa after seeing her at a showing and liking how knowledgeable and positive she is. She is very eager to sell and has all kinds of techniques that she uses that the other real estate agents don't know or use. Needless to say, as soon as I signed her, she had people going through my house immediately. I would guess at least four showings a week. When they couldn't reach my son (the tenant) about adding a co-signer, for example, they made the effort to reach me, to make sure all bases were covered and the rental agreement was set in time. His move in to their apartment complex this fall was made significantly easier because they ensured we were informed about every detail. What's more, they stayed open 15 minutes after closing because we had an issue with the electrical company. Very few establishments of any caliber will do that these days. I have no family or friends that work there but believe me when I honestly say, if I could give them an extra star, I would. The rental units aren't new but location, location, location plus great customer service makes them the bargain of East Lansing rentals. While I didn't love paying a month rent to move in the last week of August, I'll say this, better the rent went to them than their overpriced and subpar staffed competitors.
