I have frequented this store about once a month for years now. On 12/4/25 I had selected literally a full cart of clothing items from the racks. The manager happened to be working the checkout. Halfway through processing my purchases he informed me that he would be taking several items back because "they were from his personal collection." I informed him that they were on the racks. He repeated that he was taking them. I pushed the entire pile back towards him and left without purchasing anything. Very poor customer service, especially from a manager. read more

just dropped some furniture off here because I thought it would be a better experience then donating to Goodwill. Well, the donation process went well, so I've never been inside one of these stores and I thought I would check it out. Just like Goodwill everything is completely overpriced and comparable to buying something new. DVDs were overpriced They had some Starbucks mugs and Every single one of them was chipped and they wanted $9.99 each. I think they cost $12.95 at Starbucks new without chips. next time I'm going to just throw my stuff out donating to these places is a rip off. read more

Pretty good selection. Everything is organized and labeled well. It was when I went to check out that things took a turn. The woman checking me out was very kind, but she somehow started a conversation without me saying more than 2 words before proceeding to talk for 6. Straight. Minutes. Without a breath. I thought she was going to pass out she was talking so fast. Her stories ranged from her cleaning habits at home, to how she wakes her husband up in the morning (way too personal lol), and a tiered list of some of her weirdest work interactions????? I was genuinely watching the minutes pass on my phone because I figured if I looked like I was anxious to get out of there, she would take the hint and wrap things up, but it just kept. going. Mind you this was all over a $7 transaction for a single pair of jeans that I had already taken off the hanger and folded before approaching the counter. I even had my own bag. She had the transaction ready to go 30 seconds into the interaction but just stood there with her hand over the pinpad, keeping me from just paying and getting on my way. Again, she seemed very nice, but either they need someone else handling customer interactions, or someone needs to gently break it to her that strangers don't have time for, nor want to hear, all of this oversharing. read more

My husband found 2 books right below a sign that read BOOK SALE All hardbacks 99c, All softcovers 49c, Fill a bag for $3.99. I took them to the checkout and the man whom I was told was the manager, said $4.99 each. I told him the sign said 99c to which he pointed to the stickers on the books and repeated $4.99. I paid for them, only because my husband wanted them. My son was in line behind me with well over $100.00 worth of items. As he placed them on the counter, this cashier started pulling certain articles of clothing saying he can't sell them because they are from his own personal collection. My son tried to explain that he got them off the racks and the cashier repeated that they were from his personal collection and could not sell them. My son left everything and we left probably for the last time. I am very disappointe4d to say the least . I have made and donated to MUST well over 1,000 hats, scarves, blankets and sweaters. I did not expect what happened there from a place that helps the needy. read more

The store itself is very organized and has a good selection, however a small selection. Everything was priced reasonably. The ladies behind the front desk were very nice as well. It's a nice, small, thrift store in the area read more

Brand-y new thrift store on Cobb Parkway just north of Bells Ferry and South of Barrett Parkway. It's not huuuuuge but it's bigger than I expected it to be and I found some really cool things: the game of Risk, a Spirograph, some Learn-to-Read books you'd find in an elementary school classroom or kindergarten, hot pink plastic hangers :) and I bought three nice button down shirts for the manfriend. I also spotted a ton of books, DVDs and even VHS (I know some of you have VCRs still, don't hate!), tons of glasses, mugs, cups and other kitchenware, baby supplies like bottles and toys, even a couple kids' bicycles, playpens and cribs. Must Marketplace also has some nice furniture in the back, tons of shoes, ties, belts, etc, and they even get in school uniforms, coveralls, etc, by the BULK sometimes. I was in there and they had just gotten a ton of kids' khaki pants from a local elementary school. Brand new. It's bright yellow and a pretty blue, so you should be able to find the sign, even though it's not directly on Cobb Parkway (just set back a little.) Donate so that people less fortunate can buy things they need at a low price.. or shop and the money goes right back to helping those same people through Must Ministries. If you visit the shop, tell Chuck, the manager, that Heidi sent you! Some great items, I find more household things than I do clothes. All money goes to a great cause, so I love shopping here. Just don't go near closing time, I went at 4:20 and they were closing at 5 and the worker was pushy about how they were closing soon. But I think they are all volunteers so that's understandable read more

Found several good items here. Helpful staff. Some prices too high, but that's not unusual in Atlanta.
