Our toilet was leaking through the basement wall and up through the carpet outside the bathroom. The 4 inch lead pipe that goes into the cast iron pipe broke. Our house is over 100 years old. It was not a fun job. He removed the lead pipe and the cast iron pipe. And made the 6 inch rough in to 4 inches for the new toilet that he also installed. He replaced the pipes with PCP pipe. He also replaced the pipe for the wash tub that would run over when I did a large load of laundry. We had 2 other plumbers come out for bids. One told us we would have to hire a general contractor. He would not do the job. And the other one was not going to do half the work that Philip did. We are extremely happy with the job. It was a big fricking mess but Philip cleaned it all up.
