He did give me names of companies that could replace the shower. He did notice that the shower was dripping and fixed that and I asked him to repair a constantly running toilet, which he also did. He was very pleasant and helpful and it cost much less than expected. This is not the first time we have used this company. The last time we had a leak we used somebody else, with whose work I was extremely displeased, and I don't know why we didn't use Orta. I won't be making that mistake again. This is our go to plumber from now on.

I should have cancelled but I did not. We are now selling our house and I called to cancel. They informed me that I have until October for my Total Protection plan. I can either pay the remaining balance of pay monthly. Sounds like a good plan but make sure you want to want to pay for a full year before you sign up and make sure you want to continue when they automatically renew. Also they call 3-4 times per week to schedule the free inspection.

The owner of the company, Matthew Glover, has been unresponsive to messages from myself and calls from the insurance company to admit fault and resolve this issue. Meanwhile my husband and I are without a car while we wait on this company to do the responsible thing and be cooperative with the insurance company. This wreck was nearly TWO WEEKS ago and Slim Plumbing is still avoiding taking responsibility for their damages. I wouldn't be interested in contracting any business with this company now that I've experienced their lack of integrity.
