Jean-Francois and I had several conversations in the month before my trip; he assured me that they could take care of my dog no matter what, and he went so far as to offer to bring her to my hotel so that I could walk her every day of her stay. A last-minute reprieve from the work hotel meant I was able to spend my entire trip with my dog. When I picked up my girl a couple hours after dropping her off, the staff member at the desk described her interactions with other dogs in detail, and they were quick to mention that, as expected, she had shown signs of stress and separation anxiety. The kennel space itself is clean and carefully managed. Kennel spaces and the outdoor yard are floored in concrete, but the dogs don't seem to mind. There is also a wide selection of treats, baked bones, bully sticks, and dog gear in the lobby. JF and his team truly care about dogs. Good thing she didn't steal anything. I went to the leashes since I lost her usual one. Their price is not bad compared to other pet store.
