Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

I found an SUV that was perfect for my needs a a second vehicleI, but it had a few minor issues. Most dealers especially BHPH places say it is strictly as is. Nope not Alan, he's going to fix those minor issues and hopefully I'll be in my new ride tomorrow. I just bought an F-150 from a major local car dealer and now I wish I'd found Alan before I bought from them. I highly recommend Dino Auto sales and when rating BHPH, they get 10 stars in my book, but alas I can only give 5. Oh, and he is in no way the cheesy, greesey, fast talking, trickster that you usually run into in this kind of dealership. He's not out to take advantage of the under-banked with less than stellar credit, he really enjoys what he does and honestly wants to help you get into a car, not just take your money. He doesn't even charge interest on the loan - NOBODY, does that.

They're really fast so I just work from the lounge and enjoy the complimentary pop and snacks, and whatever daytime tv is on. Last visit I came in, and they suggested I get my brakes done. I got a quote, and then compared it with a few other brake places around town, and Woodhouse was the best price! Plus I had a coupon, so I feel great about my service. They aren't overly pushy or salesy, and give good honest feedback. I will continue to get my service done here.

During a…read moreprevious visit, they failed to rotate the tires, and I had been charged for the rotation (I always mark the tires to make sure they are moved). They said it was miscommunication between the service center and checkout that the fee wasn't removed. They did comp me the service and said they would correct the issue. Last month I brought it in again, stressing I would like the tires rotated with the oil change. After it got completed, I checked again, and the tires were not rotated, but I had been charged again for that service. I texted them to confirm they were rotated, and their notes from technician said they were rotated. I forwarded them pictures showing no visible sign the tires were moved, so they offered a 25 credit for my next service. I asked again why not a rotate, and then I was given the response about tire wear being less on the front, so they don't want to rotate worse tires to the front. Had that been the first response, it would have been more understandable. But this is a repeating issue of being charged for services not completed. My trust has been broken with this service center. I also recommend you mark your tires if using this location to ensure you are getting the service they are charging you for and not being a victim of "miscommunication" between the service center and billing area.

The car was in fact doing all of that stuff!! Long story short, the car was done and ready to go. When we came to pick it up, we settled up. After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.

My vehicle had only six miles on it when I took it home, yet no one installed the required front license plate bracket--even though the state mandates a front plate. The salesperson was friendly enough, but mostly unnecessary since I already knew exactly what I wanted. Before filling my tank or giving the required full charge, he asked me to complete a review for him. I never received a full charge from them (I purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe)--not at purchase and not since. The biggest issues came from the finance department. I was given misleading information that increased my purchase price significantly. When I confronted him about the numbers, the price was quietly adjusted--but he took my tax break for himselves without informing me or asking for permission. That alone was beyond unacceptable. The only reason I've returned at all is because the purchase included a couple of free oil changes. I'm here today for a SCHEDULED oil change and was just told it will take an hour and fifteen minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. This dealership has been nothing but a headache. Between the dishonesty, the lack of communication, and the consistently poor service, I HIGHLY recommend that no one comes here. They are a complete joke, and I regret doing business with them.
