They even went as far as to find a coupon for the oil change since we found out the free oil change I had remaining was dealership specific. Working with Sid Dillon was the best choice we could've made when looking for a new to us vehicle! We found one we wanted to look at, called them, and were there within an hour. Cameron was super great to work with, as was all of the staff we have been in contact with since! While bringing our vehicle around front after our final inspection and wash, both Cameron and the service employee noticed something weird happening with the breaks. We ended up buying the vehicle, but leaving it there until Monday when someone in service could take a better look at it. They fixed the issue free of charge, and we were able to pick it up on Tuesday. Then, after driving about only 75 miles, the check engine light came on. We called Cameron and explained what was going on, and he told us to bring it back in. We dropped it off last night and just picked it back up tonight, and after fixing it they didn't charge us a thing. This is a complete 180 from the last dealership we bought a vehicle from, and it is so refreshing! We truly feel like we can trust anyone at Sid Dillon, and will definitely continue to give them our business! They worked with us to make things right, and it is evident they truly care about the happiness of the customer. read more

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership.  I used to work in car sales, so I understand that sometimes things can get overlooked, but in this case there is no excuse.    I submitted an online request on Sid Dillon Mazda's website.  I told them exactly what I was looking for, down to the color and options, and politely asked for numbers on a lease, also stating that I had been working with another dealership and received figures from them already but had not made a purchase.    After the initial reply from the internet sales representative(Sara), I elicited a response, but after 3 days she did not email me back.    Then, on about the 4th day, the sales manager(Rich) emailed me to make sure everything was going alright and that I was having all of my questions answered.  I told him that Sara (internet sales) had not replied to my most recent email in several days and that I wasn't being helped at all.  I told him I had received no semblance of service.  2 days after the email I sent to Rich (New Car manager) I still had not received a response from either him or Sara.   So I called the dealership, politely asked for the General Manager, and told him what had happened.  He told me the whole department had been on vacation, and that the following morning I would be receiving a call with aggressive figures on a lease.    The following morning came and went...and here we are about 6 days later.  Still no call, email, letter, text....NOTHING from Sid Dillon Mazda.   Since when should a car buyer have to beg to buy a car?  Absolutely, positively, ridiculous. read more

Dealership can't be trusted. Purchased a used GMC pickup with 30,000 miles that looked perfect inside and out. Now 11 months later paint is starting to peel where it was trickily applied to hide rust and rust is showing up under paint. Will never deal here again, all dealers aren't this crooked and such poor painters. read more

Service department is great at getting a needed part quick, had a headlight ordered and came in first thing next day. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, caught a recall on my vehicle and took care of that as well. Waiting room is clean, tv, coffee and donuts available. There was a sweat or b.o. Smell In waiting area, they Could also use some phone chargers but no biggie. Bathrooms were well kept. We got a very fair deal on our trade in and our salesman (Rich Eyler) really took his time showing us several options and models for what we might be considering. And when they didn't have the exact car we wanted, they were able to find one and had it ready for us a couple of days later.
