He is the collector also and always has some great insight into hobby. Andi, his wife, helps to run the store and always offers a smile and perfect assistance. Their parents are also involved. It's just GREAT family warmth, and feeling wanted and blessed on every visit. You can also find them at trade shows occasionally like Orlando, and the Turkey Run in Daytona amongst others. Remember to call ahead as this in not their main business and hours might vary. They are very accommodating whenever possible. They also have a unique show monthly in which they allow collectors and vendors to offer/trade their items and collections to all that visit. Usually scheduled for first Saturday of each month. It's much larger than you expect with multiple tables and lots to look at. You will not find a more warm, inviting and caring small business and owners. Truly a hidden gem in the hobby and collection of diecast. Some brands offered are Hotwheels, Autoworld, Johnny Lightning and other specialty brands and unique foreign resin type vehicles too. I was really taken back by the amount of model aircrafts Bob carries. From state of the art jets to war plane replicas, they have hobbies to meet every budget. My heli was about $49 and my boyfriend purchased a higher-end for about $129. A week later, we're still flying our toys just about every day for kicks. The best experience was their customer service. David and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell this is their hobby as well since they take time to answer every question and provide a wealth of information. I had zero knowledge and didn't want to spend too much and David pointed out the perfect beginner's heli. When it's time to upgrade, I will definitely give them my business again.

If your process depends on having an account, then forcing guest checkout while withholding critical order information is misleading at best. Then doubling down with smart-ass remarks about "wasting your time" just confirms exactly how little you value your customers.
