Now being told I can not and the smoking area was outside and has been moved allot. Now it is far away and no protection from rain, snow, wind and it is very cold. There is 2 apartments here and one should be smoking and one non smoking. But that is to much to ask. better if they say no smoking and endanger the people who smoke then those who do not smoke. I am tired of the BULL and tired of my life being put endanger and people to cheap to correct the smoking area. no roof or walls or heat for smokers to put it very mildly. I was told I could smoke inside before I moved in now being threatened to be evicted if I do. A dr told me over 30 years ago to smoke due to my seizures it was the lesser of the two evils. Yes he warned me smoking was dangerous but smelled the smoke on my mom and dads clothing and with a machine hooked up to me knew it was less dangerous for me to smoke and relieve some stress that has caused my gran malls

There were a few issues on sprinkler maintenance that ended out going unresolved for a couple months which was a little frustrating. Upon checkout, we thought we left the place very clean (see other review), but Brian thought otherwise and charged us $750 for the cleaning. He informed me that our place was on the less than average cleanliness. We have lived in 5 rentals before and never had our security deposit deducted due to cleanliness issues, so it is clear that Brian pays close attention to detail--good if you are moving in to one of his places, bad if you are moving out. If you rent with Brian, be prepared for quality service and courtesy, but also be prepared that you could lose a good chunk of your security deposit even if you think you have cleaned the place well.
