We wanted to have a parting gift that was more meaningful than say homemade jelly or candles etc. The photo booth allowed us to give the guests an added experience and captured memories. The guests raved about the photo strips and the dress up stuff. Plus we got copies too! They even make the photos available online for posting afterwards. We just had the event, so we haven't gotten the online ones yet. Wouldn't you know it though, a ton of people took photos of the strips with their phones and posted in FB. They are hilarious to look at. Nate was incredibly professional and the service was impeccable. Super reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I was able to work with Nate and get a price that matched the Groupon prices. It was a last minute decision and Nate booked us a few days before the wedding! It was the best decision we made. I thought I was getting it to keep the kids entertained but all of our guests really enjoyed it. It was a major hit! Even Nate and his wife jumped in some photos with our guests! I have great pictures to take home for my scrapbook and posted some online. Photobooth allowed us to capture our guests truly having a great time and left us with lasting tangible memories and great take aways for the guests! We received a copy of every photo taken in the booth so we could enjoy them right away and now waiting for the USB with all the pix in soft copy. I would hire Nate for all of our future parties. We were excited to receive our photos following the wedding in fall 2021, but were incredibly…read moredisappointed with the results. We received less than 400 photographs, many of random spots around the venue - with no people - that did not relate to us. The photographer did not get to know us, nor scout the location prior to the ceremony. My partner asked to meet them the day prior via email (we have documentation), but no response was given. There were no fun poses suggested, no artistic poses, and we were provided with pushy but little direction. Many photos were out of focus or oddly positioned. Photos were promised 2-4 weeks following the event, and arrived more than 4 weeks later... although they did find the time to post a few of our photos on their social pages within 1.5 weeks of our wedding. When we did receive the photos, we realized that we received better photos from the ones our friends captured on their phones. All of this was sent, in detail with photos examples they provided to us, to the company to resolve offline. I mentioned being under the weather during the event and relying on them for more direction. In the response, I was made to feel that my illness related to the lack of photos - I was personally hurt to be blamed as a bride. There was little remorse, no acknowledgement, little explanation, and they only offered us a photo couple session (less than 20% the price of the wedding package). This was of no use to us as our wedding was a destination wedding, a photo session would lack the energy and people at the wedding, and we have no desire to work with this company again. I've chosen to show a few of many examples detailing what I described.

Ran was so kind and helpful, no matter how crazy my request. He made time to talk to us a number of times before the wedding. Linda was so nice and down to earth as she captured our event- I really enjoyed working with her. We had a somewhat non-traditional event and they adjusted their services to our plans, which not everyone we talked to was willing to do. Ran successfully threw the best dance party at a dry wedding, which is impressive! Haven't seen the pictures yet but I am sure they will be treasured for years...more to come :)

I was so impressed with the bouquets, boutonnieres, and all of the arrangements on the tables and ceremony. Everything was more lush and beautiful than I had imagined and their work really made our reception come to life. We ended up deciding to add in greenery for our tent poles and they absolutely completed the beautiful look we were going for. I am honestly still so impressed with how much beauty we were able to get for a great price and would love to use them for an event in the future!

We had heard about SuperFun rentals from attending an on-site birthday party and also a friend referral. I sent in an inquiry online and Tom responded promptly and let me know the payment process and pick up and drop off per our request. We received friendly reminder calls about 15 minutes before to give us just enough time for our scheduled pick up and drop off and they greeted us ready each time. The quality of the chairs was also amazing. I could easily lift and transport them but they also had good stability and comfort. Great service and product! What a blessing to the community as they also collaborate with local non profits too.

Jeff was extremely responsive during our preliminary correspondence as well as friendly and professional. The day of the event he arrived on time, set up quickly, and knew how to handle a custom backdrop I had. He did a great job of working with me to find the perfect location to situate the photo booth which made it really easy to access for all my guests. He was also flexible with the ebb and flow of my guests and patiently worked with everyone from babies, to adults, and even a few pups that were attending the event! He was enthusiastic and really nice to all the people that used the photo booth. The photos themselves are probably some of the best quality photo booth photos I've ever seen. Seriously. You will look better than you ever have before thanks to the professional lighting and lens quality. Imagine my pleasant surprise to find a giant [adorable] camera and a pre-set backdrop for people to take uncrowded and significantly more carefree photos. I wouldn't have minded the option for a third party to take the photos instead of doing it myself, but I suppose if I wanted a professional photographer to take my pictures, I could pay through the nose and get precisely that. This was exceedingly fun, though, and much more relaxed. I will probably never understand the paper cut-out prop situation, though.
