Now al of the doctors are female. Most of my visits in recent years have been with Dr. Iyoyo. She is wonderful. We always have great conversation while she is doing my yearly exam and I never feel like she is rushing through the exam. But she also values my time and is efficient. Other times I have come in to see Dr. Yolanda Smith. I would highly recommend both of them.

However, the scheduling team If you can get through to an actual person (because I've been on 10 minute holds multiple times without EVER getting through), they are pretty cold and nonchalant. The last call was my last straw. I had to reschedule due to a last-minute change in childcare. This was the 4th time I had to reschedule. First time, my provider was overbooked. The called to reschedule. 2nd time, I was running late but of course no one answered when I called to reschedule or update them. The 3rd time,I received a text from them that the office was closed due to inclement weather. When I called this last time, the scheduler said they were going to charge me a $25 fee because this was my 4th same-day cancellation. So I told her that it was actually my 3rd--no 2nd-- because 2 of the 4 times, were on them. She said they have a new protocol, and I asked her what it was and she seemed unclear but defensive, stating: I'll just note your file. Then she rushed through the rescheduling process as if she was annoyed. I only came to this practice for Dr. Dark to deliver my baby but I'm done with this office. The overall vibe for the nonmedical staff is unprofessional and nonchalant. For them to also be women in a doctor's office for women who are specifically coming because of new or emerging changes to their bodies the lack of empathy or care is puzzling.

I found out I was dismissed once I attempted to check in. I was left with finding a new doctor at the last minute which was frustrating due to the fact I was almost done with my pregnancy and inwas considered a liability . The appointments are less than 5 minutes and the doctors only checked for my baby's heartbeat twice throughout the whole 7 1/2 months. I guess it was a good thing that I was dismissed, now I have a new doctor that actually cares and takes time with me and my baby and is closer to my home. Word of advice , go here at your own risk but just know some of the doctors do not care and you are just another patient and check to them.

I have recieved ultrasounds for my twins throughout my pregnancy from my doctor & private boutiques…read more . I'm now 28 weeks and booked a 3D ultrasound for my birthday just to see my babies . I drove 1 hr .. The tech was inexperienced . She didn't recognize I was having twins and asked me what I was having and I had to inform her she also didn't realize they were fraternal I had to inform her of that as well . She rushed through my appt and kept checking the same area getting frustrated saying she couldn't see their faces I honestly don't think she knew what she was looking at ..she didn't try any techniques to get them to turn .. she only complained about their not being enough fluid and offered a redo which was the exact thing I heard them tell the couple ahead of me .. I finally told her I would like someone images with just them side by side or head to head which I didn't get . None of my photos were labeled as advertised on the business cards . The equipment used was outdated the pictures were basically nothing to see just horrible . I wasn't helped up properly And clothes were ruined by the gel which I noticed on my way out .. I didn't complain or ask about a refund because I signed paperwork . I'm Not wasting time again with them on a redo ..Definitely a waste of Money . Just sharing my experience ..

The office refused to schedule a routine appointment without a referral. My PCP faxed a referral…read moretwice and two times the office said it did not receive it. After a lengthy and frustrating discussion, the office admitted that I did not need a referral and finally gave me an appointment. Today I called to reschedule, was on hold for 15 minutes, and when the call was finally answered, the agent pretended she couldn't hear me and disconnected the call. I immediately called back, only to get the answering machine saying the office was closed. This was at 4:40 but the posted office hours are until 4:45. The providers may be outstanding but not worth continuously having to run the gauntlet just to talk to someone. Another fun fact: the initial message when you call says you can go online to schedule; when you go online, there is just a form to submit with a request.

I filled out my paperwork at 10:45am and went and sat down in an empty waiting room. One hour later I asked the receptionist to find out what the holdup is. It was another 15 minutes before the receptionist called me up to her desk and informed me that my appointment was for 12:30pm and I would just have to wait until 12:30pm before I would be called back. Livid I walked out. I have my appointment down for 11am. Never do I set my appointments at lunch time. I set them mid morning 11-11:30 am Looking in my iPhone my appt was set for 11am. I am upset because the waiting room was empty. My papers were sent back and whoever saw them decided I was going to wait regardless of who made the error. I believe the error was made on their end. Another point is they could have called me back right then and did not. Very rude people.
