Like a lot of the other patients, I love the providers. I had Brittany Dark as my OB and she was thorough and empathetic. However, the scheduling team If you can get through to an actual person (because I've been on 10 minute holds multiple times without EVER getting through), they are pretty cold and nonchalant. The last call was my last straw. I had to reschedule due to a last-minute change in childcare. This was the 4th time I had to reschedule. First time, my provider was overbooked. The called to reschedule. 2nd time, I was running late but of course no one answered when I called to reschedule or update them. The 3rd time,I received a text from them that the office was closed due to inclement weather. When I called this last time, the scheduler said they were going to charge me a $25 fee because this was my 4th same-day cancellation. So I told her that it was actually my 3rd--no 2nd-- because 2 of the 4 times, were on them. She said they have a new protocol, and I asked her what it was and she seemed unclear but defensive, stating: I'll just note your file. Then she rushed through the rescheduling process as if she was annoyed. I only came to this practice for Dr. Dark to deliver my baby but I'm done with this office. The overall vibe for the nonmedical staff is unprofessional and nonchalant. For them to also be women in a doctor's office for women who are specifically coming because of new or emerging changes to their bodies the lack of empathy or care is puzzling. read more

I am extremely disappointed by the way my sister was treated at this OBGYN office yesterday. She is entering her third trimester and requested light duty at work, an entirely reasonable and common accommodation during pregnancy. Instead of being met with professionalism or compassion, the nurse practitioner responded dismissively and sarcastically, asking, "Why, because you're pregnant?" and then proceeded to state that being pregnant "doesn't change anything." From the start, it was clear the NP had an issue with patients requesting accommodations. My sister was not given the opportunity to fully explain her concerns or how she was feeling physically. There was no discussion, no assessment, and no bedside manner. The tone was condescending and invalidating, leaving not only my sister but our entire family shocked and deeply uncomfortable. Pregnancy is not one size fits all, and patients should never be made to feel embarrassed or unreasonable for advocating for their health and safety. We chose not to confront the provider in the moment, but it is important that others are aware: if you come to this office seeking understanding or support (especially regarding work accommodations) be prepared to feel dismissed and uncomfortable for simply asking. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone who expects respectful, patient centered care. I strongly hope upper management reviews this concern carefully and takes the necessary steps to coach and improve staff behavior. read more

I absolutely love the providers at MatGyn. They are amazing and deliver exceptional care. However, the scheduling team is another story. It's nearly impossible to get through for days!! The phone system tells you, "You're #2 in queue," only to then kick you off with a message that they can't take your call due to volume. Leaving a voicemail? Forget it! The mailbox is full. When I finally got through, I was told you can't even schedule a pregnancy appointment with the scheduling team and have to do it through the website instead. On top of that, the scheduling staff comes across as rude and dismissive, which reflects poorly on the wonderful providers. The attitude you get from them is not help either. The providers truly deserve five stars, but unfortunately, the scheduling process gives them a bad name. 0 stars for the scheduling team. I have been a patient for many years. After 25+ years as a patient, I'm done with Maternal Generations. This morning, I was stuck for over an hour and a half in traffic from a major accident and torrential rain. I called several times to say I'd be late--voicemail was full. When I finally reached someone, I was told I'd have to reschedule because I'd be four minutes beyond their "grace period." She didn't even ask my name or why I needed to be seen--whether for an annual, prenatal care, or something time-sensitive. Sadly, this lack of compassion is part of a trend. In recent years, I've experienced rudeness myself and watched staff talk down to others. At my last visit, a front desk employee loudly shamed a patient--whose first language wasn't English and who was clearly struggling to understand--because she couldn't pay her full bill. The staff member's impatience was obvious, and everyone in the waiting room was appalled. I only kept today's appointment because I needed my mammogram. The front desk employees are like robots showing no feeling or logic. The Mammogram unit asks the same questions with every person that you meet as if after calling your name and getting all your information, they still don't know who you are! I am black, but you do not want a black technician to do your exam because they make comments like oh no, that didn't turn out, but oh well...we're done! Have a nice day! The employees say that they are just doing their jobs, but it would be nice if they also looked at the patient and pretended like they actually understood that that are dealing with humans. Front desk staff amazing, GYN providers amazing - breast ultrasound tech HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She was a 5"6' middle aged arrogant brunette who has an extremely arrogant attitude. She is paid to provide a service but has decided she's in charge of patients healthcare decisions. I had already been educated on the risks/benefits of only a breast ultrasound ( FROM SEVERAL MD's) yet she found it necessary to have an attitude about MY HEALTH DECISION. If she would like to take over my mortgage and become power of attorney, I'd be happy to follow her plan of care since she's awarded herself MD credentials. I came here after a recommendation for a Gynecologist. The building is huge and you cannot miss it. There is parking in the front and the back (separate doors) so remember which door you came in if you easily get lost:) Days before your appointment you receive text message reminders of the appointment to which you still have a chance to cancel before you are charged. The day before they call and send a text telling you about their Covid protocols. The front desk staff were engaging and professional. I went for the typical female appointment visit (mammogram and pap) and that part was normal. I saw the Nurse Practitioner and she was to the point in regards to furthering my family at my age. Not too much room for explanation or anything so be prepared for straight forward information. I felt alone to be honest and at the end there was more concern even though my mind was already to go ahead and get the heck out of there. This approach is good for some but for a person who experienced that most of her gyno appointments, it certainly was not refreshing. I would go back but it is too far for this type of appt. I have been going to Maternal Gynerations for over 30 years. We just found out we are having our first grandchild and of course I recommended my daughter to go here. Dr Wiist delivered all three of my children and he was the best!! I am deeply saddened & disheartened of how my daughter has been treated by this office since finding out she was expecting. In working for another OB/GYN, it has floored me on how unprofessional and arrogant that this practice has become. The standard for this practice is subpar from the other AWHG practice that I've worked for. Also, whenever you call you have to wait 30 min just to speak to anyone. The phone nurse (kristin) is rude and arrogant and is "best buds" with Laura Morgigno so the unprofessionalism trickles down. Its hard to schedule any appointments. I don't know where to start but i love this location In Lawrenceville which i also been to the location in dacula but the Lawrenceville location is better , bigger and more convenient for me. I started off going here for my annual check up with the OBGYN which i had dr Josephine she was amazing , funny an made me feel comfortable. Then when i found out i was pregnant i wanted her to be my dr ‍ but sadly she don't deliver babies . Anywho when i found out i was pregnant i still was coming here an was able to meet multiple drs due to the fact they were hiring new ones at this location . my visits throughout the being of my pregnancy brought me to meet about 5 dr at this location which when it finally came down to it I was seeing dr dark or Dorris the most which dr dark ended up being my favorite , nice lovely funny black lady dr she was so nice to me an very understanding this being my first baby an all she she was good at what she do an was able to answer whatever questions I had an made sure my well being an the baby well being was ok . Long story short dr dark was my dr for all of the rest of my appointments and time got closer to my due date and dr dark was suppose to deliver my baby but unfortunately my baby was 3 weeks early an she was not on call at the moment which brought me to meet another nice black lady dr Williams who ended up delivering my baby she was very funny , Loud , an fully of energy she delivered my bay through a c section. The appointment was not rushed and she showed empathy and concern. This is the worst OB GYN that I've been to! I went in 2018 for my first prenatal appointment. I've never been there before and they were in my network. I went in for an appointment they verified my insurance, I paid a co-pay and everything was fine. It later turned out I miscarried and they were doing several blood tests to confirm that I did. I started my appointments mid October and nothing was changing. Around November I was told I needed to do a D&C surgery. It took until December 21 to get it done. Months passed by and I got a bill from the hospital totaling over $12,000. More bills came in the following weeks for $1,500 for anesthesia and the doctors visits that were probably almost $2,000. Turns out my insurance was not accepted at that location (for my appointments and blood work) and they never contacted anyone from anthem to schedule a procedure. I was livid when I heard that. I complained to the office and they gave me a run around. To this day I'm still randomly getting invoices. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Kim for 20+ years. He is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to answer questions and his right hand people are always available over the phone when needed. The practice is busy. I've never had trouble with being seen quickly if needed or getting a prescription when needed. The front desk people do change from time to time, but they all seem to know what is happening and are quick to help you. They recently ( within a year or so ) moved into a new building that offers so much more than their old spot. You can have a mammogram just across the hall instead of going to different place. The nice nurses in the mammogram center are professional and explain everything they are doing, and have a sense of humor thank goodness, because no one likes to get their boobs squished. This facility has strict policies in place they do not warn you about as a patient and some doctors will only talk to you for 5minutes then leave the room, even if you have a high risk pregnancy. If you are pregnant, you must be seen every 4 weeks during your first 2 trimesters (which is common of course.) But, if you are a mother that works or has other children, they will not try to work around your schedule. Some days out of the week they can only fit you at your preferred location (they have one in Lawreneville or Dacula) on 1 or 2 days out of the week and if your availability doesn't match theirs on those limited amount of days they have available, they basically tell you "oh well, looks like we cant get you on the schedule." And they will not schedule you at all if you cannot come in exactly at your 4 week mark to be seen again due to their policy. Another strict policy is their "grace" period. When they schedule you for an appointment, they schedule you 10minutes before your actual appointment time so that you are able to have time to check in and pay any fees you have. They send you multiple emails and text messages ahead of time to check in online to avoid having to do that, so I am not sure why they still schedule you 10minutes before your actual appointment time if they require you to check in online. I have always checked in online. Usually I do not have to do anything other than provide my name when I come in because of this. Today, I had a 9:20 appointment. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not make it to the facility until 9:40. I am 30 weeks pregnant with twins and am at a point where they want me to be seen every 2 weeks. I know the importance of my appointments at this point in my pregnancy and if I could control the circumstances on why I was late, I would have been on time like I have been for all of my other appointments. But they did not have compassion for this. When arriving the front desk staff stated "are you aware your appointment was at 9:20," and I stated "yes. This morning has been a bad morning I got here as fast as I could." The staff member stated "well how far along are you?" I told them "I will be 31 weeks this week with twins." The staff member stated "well you are past our ten minute grace period so the doctor will not be able to see you today." There is no email or letter that stated that they have a such a strict grace period to where even if you have a high risk pregnancy, they will not see you if you are beyond their 10 minute grace period. I was never told at all about this grace period in general. I was also under the impression that my TRUE appointment time was at 9:30 so arriving at 9:40 would not affect the doctor's time all too much. I was sent home before they even checked with the provider to see if I could still be seen since I am carrying twins. This was the icing on the cake for me to show that this facility has no compassion for working pregnant women, single pregnant women, or pregnant women in GENERAL. I have been having bad experiences with doctors quickly leaving the exam room without letting me ask any questions. Terrible experiences with scheduling. And now I have to hope that this appointment today wasn't the one I needed to see if my babies would be born prematurely. If I wasn't so late in my pregnancy I'd change facilities. I should've done that when I had the chance in my 2nd trimester. But it seems like most facilities like this in GA are like this. The healthcare industry was terrible before COVID and its even worst now. May God look after the mom's looking into this facility. I've been going to Maternal Gynerations since I was 18, as has my mom. Unfortunately, the quality of care has seriously deteriorated and I will be looking for a new OBGYN. I recently have started experiencing extreme pain when I do any high intensity exercise. It comes on so strong I feel like I'm going to pass out and I end up bedridden the rest of the day. It's happened several times over the past few weeks. Needless to say, I'm a bit concerned. I am a long time athlete, and I know my body, and I know this is not normal. It's completely debilitating. Not only am I unable to do my workout several days a week, it impacts my ability to work, do things around the house, etc... I called Maternal Gynerations to schedule an appointment and received a call back from Nurse Shelley. She was extremely condescending and dismissed all of my concerns and tried to tell me that's just the way I am. I said I would like to see a doctor, and she asked why. I told her I would like to maybe do some bloodwork and she said "why would you do bloodwork?" When I told her I just want to make sure everything is normal, she scoffed and said "normal compared to what?" I explained that I have never experienced this before, and it doesn't seem right that I should be in excruciating pain and unable to function off and on throughout the month. She said it's probably just my period. I again explained that this doesn't just happen at my period or ovulation, but throughout my cycle (I would know, I keep records!) and she didn't listen. She told me to call them when I start soaking through maxi pads or super tampons. When I told her I have very light bleeding and that's not the issue, she didn't seem to listen. After completely dismissing my concerns, making me feel horrible, and disrespected, she told me they could schedule me for an appointment. At this point I said no. I am not going to waste my time and money to go see a doctor if my concerns are just going to be dismissed. I'll be finding a new office, and I would encourage Maternal Gynerations to speak to Shelley about the way she handles patient interactions. Completely unacceptable. Ladies, be an advocate for your health! You know your body. If you are experiencing severe or unusual pain, you deserve to go to a doctor's office that's going to listen and take it seriously. This is the WORST doctor's office ever for Obstetrics!!!!!! If you have a completely normal pregnancy with no complications, you'll be fine. But if you end up having any pregnancy complications, RUN FAR AWAY from this office!!!! I was just dropped by them and they didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know at 30 weeks pregnant after just being diagnosed with cholestasis of pregnancy (a disease that can cause still birth), after being referred to a fetal specialist, after having them tell me I possibly have gestational diabetes, after going to the ER for severe asthma, and when I'm suppose to deliver in 8 1/2 weeks. It started when I began itching incessantly and requested to be tested for cholestasis. Dr. Morgigno called to let me know my bile acid level was just barely over the normal range. Mind you, this disease causes intense itching that keeps you up all night. On top of that I was having upper right quadrant abdominal pain (a symptom of cholestasis), and I also had bile show up in my poop. When I mentioned these symptoms to both doctors, they blew it off like it was nothing. My step sister gave birth to two children while having cholestasis. She told me that my liver and other levels needed to be checked regularly. After doing my own research, I also found out that itching can occur for months before anything significant shows up on cholestasis testing. I also learned that often, levels begin rising the closer you get to giving birth. After asking the doctors office when they were going to check my levels again, they said it was unnecessary and that it's not protocol to check levels regularly....EVEN THOUGH THE DISEASE COULD KILL AND HARM MY BABY. The office manager had the nerve to ask me if my sister was a doctor. Of course I started cussing her out because I'm very sick, emotional, and being treated like an idiot when this doctors office clearly doesn't know what they are doing. I should have known from the start that I needed to drop this office from the beginning. On my first visit in November of 2018, I was told my 3 hour appointment would have to be rescheduled since I was 15 minutes late...and their demeanor was extremely rude. After notifying them that the incorrect address was on Google, the office manager made sure I was seen. But, for every visit I had with Dr. Morgigno, I was rushed and could barely get a word in or out before she was running out the door. She's very upbeat and seems friendly, but she's pretty young (I'm 35 and pretty sure she's younger than me) and a know it all. I highly recommend running far away from her or getting a different doctor if she's given to you. Early in my pregnancy I mentioned that I thought I had chronic fatigue syndrome before getting pregnant and she ordered a TSH test to look at my thyroid. If you have ever done any research on the thyroid, it clearly states that another only is a TSH test needed, but also a free T3, free T4, and antibodies test needs to be performed to get a full picture of what's going on with the thyroid. After she only ordered a TSH test, I knew she was a complete idiot. Before I began with this practice, I was very weary and untrusting of westernized medicine and their actual knowledge and understanding of medicine. Now, I'm even more sure that the American healthcare system and it's doctors only care about money. Why else would they act like they care and then drop me from their practice without even a decency to call me and let me know while I'm in the the middle of a plethora of serious medical issues and about to deliver in 8 1/2 weeks? Be careful if you take your chances with this office and if you come across any medical pregnancy complications, immediately find a new doctor. Oh, and the cholestasis meds made my itching stop completely for 2 days and now my itching has drastically intensified, inow leaving red marks and rashes indicating that my bile acids have drastically increased. But they don't care, don't think they need to be rechecked, and drop me while my baby could possibly be in great danger and poisoned by my rising levels of bile acid. After looking up Dr. Laura Morgigno, I shouldn't have been surprised that she couldn't even get into medical school in America and had to attend medical school in Barbados. Good luck with this obstetrician if you get her...you better hope it's a perfect pregnancy with no complications or you might arrive in critical condition!!!!! read more

I requested appointment for 1st OB exam. They said they just do the 1st exam after 1st semester. While waiting to appointment, I was bleeding not much but enough to concern. I requested urgent appointment, they arranged for random provider, not my appointed doctor. After exam, they said it's still OK to wait to my original appointment. And then, I got a flu and keep bleeding a bit every day. I requested another appointment. They agreed and when I came, they rejected because of my flu. They asked me to reschedule 1 week and need to take covid test with negative result. If so, why they agreed to arrange appointment at the beginning? I came after 1 week, I got ultra sound result and doctor confirmed that I has a miscarriage. My baby stop heartbeat around 1 week (same time they rejected my appointment). The location is very easy to get to and easy to find. The office has plenty of parking which is a plus. Staff was very friendly. Front desk staff was very welcoming. No long wait time. Dr. Williams and Amy were great. If it weren't for location, we would have stayed. Dr. Williams was thorough, personable, and comforting. It was when we tried transferring to a closer doctor that we encountered major problems. The administration staff here is horribly unorganized and incompetent. Amidst trying to fax documents, we called one day to confirm they received it and in response, "I'm not near the fax machine." Taken back, assuming positive intent we asked if we could transfer to the individual that could. She responded with a irritable gesture, sat up and said, "Ugh! I'll just get them." Really? For a moment, I thought I was paying a traffic citation or renewing my license. We requested documents be transferred one month prior to our appointment with our new doctor. In lieu of trying to get in contact, I'd say your call is 25% likely of being answered by a staff member. Otherwise, you are directed to an outsourced "operator" who tries to teach you how to use the office's touch-tone option system. After "promises" and "confirmations", the documents were never received by our new doctors ... because they were not sent on the dates that were given to us. This has created an incredibly stressful time for what should be as stress-free as possible considering the nature of an OB-GYN office. Of course, we find out at our new doctor's office, being denied our appointment because of Maternal Gynerations' clerical mistakes. Communication, following up on your commitments, and meeting expectations are standard procedure for a good business let alone an OB-GYN. If it takes three voicemails and six calls to receive a call back 48 hours later, one could only imagine when that call 'really' mattered and you were in labor or had another emergency. (It reminds me of the final scene in Knocked Up if you've seen it.) The only reason why Maternal Gynerations did not receive lower than two stars is because they doctor/nurse staff were great in the one appointment we had. Otherwise, stay away. read more

I absolutely love my Gynecologist. Dr. Kim is amazing. However the moment I became pregnant I had to start seeing the OB side. The staff is absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful and caring. I have loved Dr. Morgigno. My biggest problem is with billing. The company requires that you starting paying for the delivery fees of you baby before its even at viable age. Then if you do not pay the fees before delivery the office will no longer see for your for scheduled appointments. The truth is, the baby will be delivered irregardless of me paying them the money. Also, there is no guarantee that their staff will deliver my baby, if I happen to be out of town, another physician is on call or I have to go to a hospital that they can not come too. Went to this location for an appointment had my insurance card on file and they refused to see me. Because they said we needed one that was from this year. I explained that it was on file when I checked in. I stated my insurance has not changed in the last 4 years. I have the same member ID and my copays remain the same even when they checked on there system. I told her I had an older copy of my insurance card in my phone she said oh that's fine I showed her what it was and she said oh we can't accept the older copy. She wanted me to be treated as a self-pay patient even though I have insurance. I have never really had an issue with this facility until today and seriously considering changing doctors due to such a bad experience with their office staff. I asked to speak with the office manager and the person at the front refused.​​​​​ This appointment has been rescheduled twice at this point and they wanted me to reschedule again and there was no way they were going to get me in before the end of the year. This is the second time that I have driven all the way out here for an appointment and not been seen. This is my second time coming to Maternal Gynerations and this is my second time being let down by them. I definitely won't be returning here. Not only are the ladies at the front desk rude and unprofessional, they set your appointment with no intention on getting you in at your scheduled time. I was told to be here at 2:15 for my 2:30 appointment. They finally called me back at 3:17. Nothing more frustrating than spending your money to have your time not be accounted for. Horrible service. When I set up my appointment they told me 3:00. The reminder said for 3:00. I got there one minute late because of traffic (out of my control) and they turned me away because apparently I was supposed to be there at 2:45 which no one told me. read more

Lawrenceville location - I would recommend to someone who has a history of safe and easy pregnancy's not for those who have experienced any sort of complications. They do not see new moms before week 10 so something to keep in mind. I'm a newer patient of Dr. Dark, seen her in January for the first time and at that appointment found out we had a miscarriage and scheduled a D&C. She was very compassionate and patient. Billing charged us cash price for the D&C though we have Medicaid. Got that fixed but took a while to even be able to get through to anyone. Now I am pregnant again, told I wouldn't be seen until 10 weeks. Cool, I expected that much. At 5-6 weeks experience light bleeding - visited Northside hospital who told me everything looked okay but I should call my OB and ask about a sooner appointment. Again, Modern Gynerations reiterates, we will not see you before 10 weeks. At 7 weeks I notice pregnancy symptoms are noticeably lightening up & I'm a bit worried.. again "we can not put you on the schedule before 10 weeks". Usually if a woman has already experienced a miscarriage you will be able to get a sooner appointment or at the very least speak with the physician or nurse. I am not their priority, there is no concern or compassion and that has been made clear. If you are looking for more attentive care you may want to consider looking elsewhere. I called a Wellstar OB that was recommended by a family member and they assured me I could get in right away considering my medical history. read more

This is my first pregnancy and I was really picky about where I wanted to go and what doctor I wanted to be cared for while I go through this. I am so happy that I chose Maternal Gynerations. Everyone was so sweet and extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave me so much great advice. They allow you to call when you have any quest or if you are just unsure about taking something. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends who decide to start a family In the future. read more

I am already unhappy with maternal Gynerations. Today is my first day here and I think I'm uncomfortable. They have handled me being a new patient very poorly. They waited until today to tell me that I had to pay in advance for OB care. Why didn't they tell me this in advance?!??? I set up the appointment three weeks in advance so they could have told me before today. Also, earlier in the week I was feeling so bad. I asked if I could be seen earlier but they just told me to go to ER. They were just rude in general. We'll see how this ultrasound goes. read more

I have been coming here for 7 years and I hate to leave such a low review, but after my most recent experience I have no choice. I have been in a lot of pain so much so that I couldn't sleep and I needed to come in, but I am a stay at home mom and have a three year old who isn't in preschool yet. I told them that the only way I could come in would be if they let me bring my son, they agreed and I scheduled an appointment. The second my son and I walk through the door the woman at the front desk said I would have to reschedule and he couldn't come in with me, I told her that he would be coming in with and and it had been approved the previous day. She said nothing else, but I noticed her and the other woman behind the desk watching my son closely as he played quietly. Then they called me back, I need to note here that my son has Sensory processing disorder and sometimes if he is in a new environment and it suddenly changes he panics. When we went back he started screaming, I tried to calm him down and told the nurse that he would be ok if we could get back to a room and i could set him up with a video. The minute we got into the room a woman who was in charge came in and told me that we need to reschedule and my son and I needed to leave. I said no I was in so much pain and already there I wasn't about to leave. She snapped at me telling me they weren't a babysitting service and that his cry was disturbing the other patients and she needed to think about them(most of the women there are going to have babies, if a kid crying from a few rooms away disturbs them then they will have trouble down the road.) At this point my son was completely calm again and in my arms having juice, but even though he was calm this woman still argued with me telling us to get out and how having my kid there was unfair to the staff. I refused to leave and said I just needed to set him up in the corner with a video and she began snapping at me again saying how I needed to do that now and stop holding him. I'm sorry but I have to say something here as a sidenote, HOW DARE YOU, I am in a massive amount of pain and my son cried for no more then 5 minutes, How dare you snap and me and tell me what to do with my own child when I already had it handled, you belittled me, my son has a difficult time as it is having a disorder that he did not choose, Which I told you about, but you didn't want to bother hearing it. I should be allowed basic medical care even if I have to bring my kid, but you wanted me to wait over a week until I could return and you were just going to let me be in pain and you didn't care at all. After all this the doctor came back to see me, she rushed me through my entire appointment she told me I had a bacterial infection and then she said it was my own fault(which it is not) and said that I was overreacting about how much pain I was in and basically I just needed to suck it up and refused to answer my questions telling me that she needed to get me out of there, this entire time my son was quietly watching a video and bothering no one. Before we left I asked the doctor why the infection I had kept coming back, she told me she didn't have time to deal with that and we needed to leave, we were then almost literally pushed out the door. OK, FINE, you want me gone, well I'm gone forever now I'm leaving and I will be telling everyone about what happened here. YOU GUYS DELIVER BABIES BUT YOU COULDN:T STAND HAVNIG ONE KID IN YOUR OFFICE WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? Also I felt from the second that we walked in that you guys were just waiting for an excuse to kick us out. I have been having problems with this office for years, but this was the last straw, please don't come here, especially if your in a situation where you might have to bring one of your kids. read more
