The office staff is also very helpful and friendly. They accept Medicaid, as well as many commercial insurances, and have reasonable private pay rates as well, to cover all possible clientele bases. The counseling environment they offer, whether providing the services in office or in the community, is one of comfort and ease. Even if you are not a client, they always have awesome groups posted on their website that are open to ALL of the community, many of which are free of charge. You are in good hands at PBS.

Personally, I thought he took his time and helped me understand what I was experiencing. I think he hears just enough about you and what you're experiencing to know how to help. I see some negative reviews about the receptionist and personally I think she is great. She may not answer the phone but she will respond to your emails within an hour. You do have to keep in mind that she is one person with the doctor so I'm not sure how much time she actually has to even answer a call. If you do have a hard time reaching out I would recommend emailing them as they will get back to you extremely fast.
