I ordered a DELUXE ARRANGEMENT and what I recieved doesnt even have SIX "replacement" roses in it, AT LEAST. It has FOUR. I looked up other reviews and this seems to be a pattern, delivering subpar quality and offering little to no refunds. Two minutes into the call, suddenly, the guy said "I have things to do, you can call back. " Then, he just hung up on us. We had him on speaker. We looked at each other in disbelief. I don't know why he would think we'd call back. There was no excuse for such rudeness to a customer. We went back to check the sign to make sure. It was for sure White Leather Farms. There is a larger sign with the name on it a few feet before the sign pictured. It was tough getting pictures due to traffic.
