Finished our plant display with pots and plants from Greenstreet. Loved their Christmas market too last year!

The gift shop has lots lotions, soaps, jewelry, bags and lovely local art from Allison King.

Bottom Line: A large garden center that also has a smallish gift shop and hosts special events. Greenstreet Gardens is famous for its Fall Festival and while I'm sure that's a great annual event I visit Greenstreet primarily for the garden center. Regarding plants, shrubs and trees, Greenstreet has a huge selection outside and in the greenhouse. They carry some of my favorite brands like Proven Winners and Iseli so that's a bonus. I last visited Greenstreet in mid July and I was pleased with their inventory and impressed at how good everything looked. This past July was super hot so keeping plants, shrubs and trees that are in pots/cans happy is quite a feat! Greenstreet has a small gift shop stocked with jewelry, scarves, candles, lotions, bags, local art and other goodie. On my most recent visit to Greenstreet I admired sketches from local artist Allison M. King and bought a big box bottom Scout bag that's been awesome for pool and beach season. Also, I really appreciate that Greenstreet has a water bottle filling station for their employees and guests alike! Greenstreet is a great place to shop for plants, shrubs and trees and always a nice experience.

My little baby string of hearts

I've been looking for string of hearts plants since I saw pictures of them on Instagram. I called and messaged pretty much every nursery in the area, and this place Instagram messages me back and said they had a few of the hearts seedlings. So I drove down to their store in Lothian and picked up my new baby plants. I also picked up a light pink hibiscus that I planted outside. I really liked this nursery, they have everything from trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, dog food, and gardening supplies. The place is huge and has very helpful staff too. I will cone back for more plants in the futures.

I want to thank everyone from Greenstreet Gardens for the fantastic trip to the Philadelhia Flower Show. This was my first time traveling with Greenstreet, but won't be the last. I enjoyed the am coffee and snacks as well as the special treats on the way home. Everyone was so nice and friendly, especially our hosts Lisa and Katie. Loved the peaceful atmosphere. It was so nice to be waved off on our adventure so early in the am by Stacie and Mr. Greenstreet, Sr. It was even nicer to be greeted late at night on our arrival home by Stacie Greenstreet with a wonderful goodnight and a going home goodie bag. Thank you again for a very special day, looking forward to our next trip.

We had a wonderful time at Greenstreet Gardens. We came to enjoy the corn maze with a group of friends. The atmosphere was perfect for families looking for some good clean fun. Each year we look for and choose our maze based on its theme and complexity of design. This year's theme was the Capitals Stanley Cup victory (all CAPS). Great theme and great corn maze. They had activities for all ages. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we would definitely recommend it for families looking for a great time. The two recommendations I would offer is to have real food in the back near the corn maze and not just snacks. The second suggestion is to stay open later than 5. It would have been nice to stay longer.

Amara Aquila (Magma) uses her geothermal abilities to tunnel into the lair where it appears Kitty has been bound to a chair, only for the New Mutants to discover to their horror that Illyana's friend is nothing more than a hologram and they have become entrapped by Emma Frost, the Hellfire Club's White Queen, a powerful telepath. After calling on Amara's earthquake powers to create a distraction, Illyana transports the team to Limbo, the demon realm over which she reigns and out of the reach of Frost. But what if, in an alternate story progression from Chris Claremont and Sal Buscema's New Mutants issues 15 and 16, the team then learns that they could set their own trap for Emma Frost? What if, during Danielle Moonstar's psychic interrogation of a few low-level employees, they discover that the White Queen is a sucker for the holidays, especially Halloween and Christmas, and that teleporting themselves to Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville, Maryland, could provide all of the disruptions they need to negate the White Queen's most powerful weapon: her focused mind? Frost might find her lavish tastes torn into infinite directions, from the touchy-feely animal books that could lull young toddler mutant recruits to sleep to the Beatrix Potter-like dining sets that could enchant their distrusting yet nostalgic guardians; from the individually-crafted, kaleidoscopically-colored puppets that could entertain homesick adolescents to the visually-radiant and climatologically-resilient mums, whose scented whispers could soothe teenage lasses who seek something to take care of; and, suddenly, Amara's tunneling skills and Illyana's teleporting prowess might completely escape Frost's notice.

The plants had expired & we gambled and attempted to return them 10 days past the warranty. The young lady took the plants back and assisted us and advised us in terms of our options moving forward. I additionally contacted the owner Jo in reference to some landscaping work and he advised me that he is booked until next month. By booked he meant unavailable to give an estimate until next month. If there is a knock against Heaven's Garden their plants will be a little smaller than you'd fine in a "Non" Organic Nursery. Last year when they were less busy, Jo walked us around and gave us useful tips on how to plant our brush. The young lady this time explained that even when you do everything right factors like wind, soil acidity, mulching, and fertilizer deficiency can play a part in failure.

When I arrived I was met at my truck by this very friendly woman, who said, "you must be the Peonie lady!" lol! As she was walking me to the "Peonies" I was looking around..very well kept grounds, and all areas of interest were clearly marked with signs telling you what type of plants could be found there. They even had areas marked, "Sun Loving", "Shade Loving" ect.. I was particularly impressed with the ornamental trees...all trees, and plants were extremely healthy and robust. I was told they grow all their wares on the farm just next door, and that it was a family operation. I was really happy with the knowledge, and the attention to customer satisfaction given to me. Loved my experience, and hope everyone gives this hidden gem a try! Kudos to Heaven's Garden!

To say they have everything is probably accurate. I found the plants that I wanted and some ground cover I didn't know I wanted till I saw it, LOL. Prices were very good. I don't have a lot of comparisons, because where I live near Ft. Meade, there aren't many nurseries nearby. This place is definitely worth the drive for me. Parking is ample, but a little tricky. I mistakenly drove around to the commercial side and had to turn around to get back to the non-commercial area. There were lots of wheeled carts of different sizes. Everything is laid out according to types of plants and their needs - very efficient. I only spoke to three employees, two at some length, and they were so friendly and helpful - big plus for me! I take my business elsewhere if I don't feel welcome. Here's a little oddity that you want to watch out for: GPS kept wanting me to turn onto a side road next to an auto dealership, on the wrong side of Highway 301. (This was coming south from Gambrills/Crofton.) I submitted a correction, but till they fix it be aware the nursery is on the east side of the highway, sort of opposite the auto dealership.
