I decided to go with Paneless because I liked what Jeremy had to say and he offered me many different paint colors to choose from. He had samples delivered to my door. After 11 samples, I finally decided on one. His crew Julius and Chris were excellent. They arrived on time 7 AM, and we're very courteous, polite and friendly. I purchased the most beautiful granite for kitchen remodel at our beach house. After visiting all…read morethe bulk granite places in SLO county area, I found it at Forefront Design, beautiful, turbulent colors that was very suggestive of a stormy ocean. Just perfect! But that's not the reason for this review. I guess you could say that their buyer was a cut above the other area's buyers, and that just might be true because all of our top three picks was under their roof. It was the service that made them a real standout and worthy of taking time to write a review so others can crank the review into their decision making. From the time I started the shopping experience at their business the customer service was outstanding, not too pushy or ignoring us. They were very sensitive to our need for personal conversation time to discuss what we were seeing, prices, etc. I was welcomed back each time without a hint that we were taking up their time, and samples were readily sent home with us. Once I made my choice, I was welcomed back to arrange the template for cutting out our counter tops. When I disagreed with the suggested cutting of the tops, there was no hesitation of accepting my desires. I was only given the reason for why their suggested cut pattern; when I said I still wanted the cut I indicated, it was done without any argument. (Four months later, I know I was right ;-) Installation was very professional! I was amazed at the craftsmanship the installer displayed! He was able to cut the contour into the granite for a PERFECT fit with our farmhouse sink. A diamond grinder was an artist's brush in his hands! There were two problems that was also handled that make their business ethics top notch. Because my home is a vacation rental with contracts to meet, the owner got involved to make sure everything when smoothly even though they had a backlog of projects. (Isn't a backlog a sign of a healthy business doing things right?) The second issue was I though the hole had been cut an angle that caused the faucet to slightly slant. The installer returned to correct his "error" only to find that my husband had put in a wood spacer that was causing the slant. The installer cut the wood out of the way AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! Service above and beyond! Would I recommend them and buy from them again. Did I say I absolutely love my counter tops?!!! Without hesitation!
