There were so many issues. They didn't clean the oven or the kitchen sink or the baseboards or any window sills. They didn't completely dust any of the furniture. It was the worst "deep" clean I have ever seen. They were late arriving and I never received any call to let me know they would be late. I contacted Johnny and he agreed to a "complimentary" cleaning of my downstairs area the next week. There is nothing "complimentary" about something you have already paid a lot of money to have done. They came back the next week, late again and cleaned the downstairs area. Again, they didn't clean the kitchen sink or window sills or the front of the kitchen cabinets. Even after all of this I went ahead and decided to give them another chance. I know. Shame on me. Well, yesterday I texted Johnny to verify that we still had our appointment for today. They never even showed up. His voicemail is full and he does not return my calls or text messages. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone!

By the time they were done, I couldn't believe it was the same place. They were really meticulous about prep, removing light switches, window blind brackets, repairing nail holes and other wall damage. Rick suggested Behr's 'Swiss Coffee' which I got in a semi-gloss and it is a wonderful white that's warm, bright and not too stark. The job was started quickly and did not stop until finished to my satisfaction (no delays while they worked on other jobs). Rick's staff was polite, friendly and very accommodating. Great customer service, they just replaced large windows in our dining room leading to our new…read moredeck. They spent a lot of time explaining the different quality of doors, types and more. Other companies would not meet with us without a specific appointment and/or would only speak with certain contractors. With Artisan we just walked in and were given great service from the get go. The quality of the door we eventually ordered is excellent and we are very happy. Amir came out to ensure the measurements were accurate and the delivery went well, The lead time is about 8 weeks but that is the same everywhere unless you get something cheaper from a big box company but we wanted quality. Highly recommend them
