Jess was great to work with and set me up with a gorgeous collage with 9 total pieces. Fast forward a few months, one of the couples in the photos break-up, my son and his long time girlfriend. So, I reached out to order a new pic in the collage. To my surprise Jess mentioned that they may be able to edit this person out of the photos. We opted to replace one of the shots with my son's Golden Retriever. The work that Jess and her team did was nothing short of a miracle! I had no idea that this was even possible. At first I was hesitant to use them only due to their hours. I work full time, and wasn't sure I would be able to make it. Even though I ultimately made it in, I learned that they accommodate some of their customers by a lock box they have after-hours. Pay ahead of time, and pick up at your convenience. Also, they close at 4pm on Friday's, so I think the hours listed on Google are slightly incorrect. The next time I need high quality printing, and (the dwindling art of) customer service I will absolutely be back.

At 1:30am I shot up in bed when I suddenly remembered the flyers, and they were closer on the weekend. To my utter surprise and delight, his last email said "I know you wanted this for today and we are closing, so I will leave them in my mailbox for you to pick up before the OH" and I hadn't even paid for the job yet! There were two people at the counter when I walked in and they both smiled and said hello. Good start! I walked to the counter and told Nate that I had an Amazon package to return. He said "We can do that for you. I recommend using one of our bubble wrap envelopes, which is $3.75. We will pack it for you and attach the label." And that was it! Took about three minutes to complete the transaction. The young lady at the counter was also very pleasant. These guys deserve a good acknowledgment for providing excellent customer service.

Then the business owner proceeded to create 2 fake Yelp accounts and post positive reviews, and a 3rd Yelp account with his real name posting yet another positive review of his own business. If there was any chance that I would have reconsidered returning to find its redeeming qualities, it was gone because of the unprofessionalism of the Yelp interactions.
